    In hopes of curing my premature ejaculation, I attempted the NO PMO challenge in March. I ended up lasting 30 days or so of no masturbation, no orgasms, no pornography, no pictures of women, nothing. I eventually splurged and came in a matter of seconds from the buildup around 30 days. I have since tried multiple times to accomplish the NO PMO challenge for a significant amount of time, but with no success. Each time I try, I only go for about 5-7 days and then just look at pornography.

    Clearly, this points to the cause that I have an addiction to pornography, but is this the reason for my problems?

    What are your thoughts on this subject?

    My opinion is that I must remove the pornography, masturbation, and orgasm for an extended period. Maybe a month, then ease back into masturbating and edging daily to imagination only.

      Intresting. Actually im not masturbrating at all, I do perform balooning a few times a month(lack of time) but without ejaculating. Im having sex a few times a month when im ejaculating, but I guess its not the same as the challenge.
      Good luck with it bro, its all in your head, you can try do some sort of sport whenever you feel horny. I know its hard, but only at the beggining.

          Yes ditch the porn. Then start edging, don't release every session. Pay attention to your body and breathing when work on edging without porn, and within a few weeks you will notice the ridiculous body behaviour you have from fapping to porn.

          You can practice deep breathing often and easily, feel the push in the pf .

          Releasing more often will allow you to fight the urge of porn.

            Well I did the "No PMO challenge" for 50 days but I didn't see any improvement as far as Pre-E is concerned. It is true though that I only completed half of the challenge because I read that you should try to endure for at least 90 days.

            As for edging and porn this is an interesting topic.

            Following the forum instructions I learnt how to properly edge to my imagination for extended period of times. Unfortunately I didn't make any progress during intercourse as I would still blow in a matter of seconds. I think that edging to your imagination is not as arousing as sex so when you try to transfer to real sex you would still blow immediately.

            What I haven't understood yet is whether, in the long run, you can slow down/retrain your arousal response to stimulation by edging to your imagination. If that's not the case then you have to get used to edging at high arousal levels to simulate sex as best as you can. That's where porn comes into play. I know many people say porn is not good but I think if we use it as a training tool while edging maybe we can get rid of premature ejaculation in the long run.

            So the question is:

            Should we edge slowly to our imagination? Or should we edge to porn cautiously?

              Yes there is a thread on arousal levels.

              You want to work to keep highest stimulation (speed, thoughts, lube, pocket pussies) and yet be away from ponr. Using porn is very tricky for many , but some may benefit.
              Having your gf edge you is a good idea .

                Stop the porn, stop masturbating but sstart edging, don't stop orgasm, no fap won't help with prem e.
