    Hey guys,
    My problem is that during sex i need to stop many times because of the involuntary spasm so i start reading the "Meditative reverse kegels" by imac this help me a LOT.

    Is it possibile to keep thrusting faster without stopping? Maybe with time and stronger reverse kegel?

    Yes it is possible to keep thrusting faster without stopping, but it takes time and depends on your edging and reverse kegel routine.
    To overcome involuntary spasms you need to do reverse kegels, pelvic floor massage and deep hindi squats.

      I agree with you Watson, since i'm doing this Meditative RK i feel
      1. More blood flow and harder erections
      2. Sex feels amazing like never before, the sensation is 10 times better than with involuntary spasm

          Sure every other day, i remember the first few time i was fighting the PONR in only a couple of strokes, so i started with proper breathing and help a lot.
          I also quit porn it trains your body to get too excited too quick, someone here suggest to follow some aroused control with porn but i think that there are too much visual and audio stimulation that is not even close to the real sex.
          What do you think?

            Well, I am also trying to quit porn (so far it has been a week) and yesterday I had sex and pretty much was my fastest ejaculation I ever had (30 second tops). It has left me pretty depressed because I can edge for 30 minutes and even use a STU for at least 15 minutes. I am thinking about turning to porn to learn to control my arousal because so far, that's what I think is killing me in bed (psychological aspect).

              Only a week? Men don't rush yourself in a few months you will have results belive me porn train your brain to be overarouse.
              Give yourself time is impossibile to retrain your brain only in one week compared to years of porn.
              Dont forget reverse kegel!!!

                Keep yourself away from porn. If by any mean you happen to watch some then make sure you don't ejaculate to porn instead try to keep your pelvic region and abs relaxed as they will tense unconsciously.
                If you heard someone saying to include porn into edging sessions that is only when you reach advance level. But before that you will have to go through arousal control routine which is mentioned in the stickies.

                IMO keeping yourself away from porn will be the best thing you do.

                  I think PE is 70 % pc muscle ( how bad you train them unconciosly from puberty till today ) and 30 % mental ( anxiety, porn overaroused, inexperience ).
                  I will never again watch porn in my life for sure.

                    My thought has been that the %varies from person to person . I only coach the body side though leaving the mental to others.

                      Don't forget to check your glans Stamina. I've recently noticed that when I'm stimulating it I get crazy IKs so pay attention to it.

                        Yes my focus is always on the glans, i'm uncut you can imagine how hard is to have control...
