Edging/ballooning

I want to add edging, or ballooning to my routine.
Witch one is better?

I was thinking just edge once a day and don't cum. But on the third day cum. ( i read it somewhere)

Edging just like you said is what you should do, cum every third day. Or every other day at first. There are places on here where you can read articles about "edging 101" and "ballooning 101" also
