Hello people! As some of you know,I´m a person who constantly seeks new challenges to conquer. And I would like to dedicate 2 weeks to "try" to help people with Pre.E by using idea´s that just comes to my mind. For the ones who have read my PE progress thread you will notice that I´m very keen with updating my logs with thoughts and theories that sometimes seem unlogical but makes more sense later on as things progress.
First I would like adress the fact that Pre.E is "Cumming to fast involutarily due to Sensitivity either caused mentally or Physically".
Now I need 6+ members who are able to test the things that I´m going to propose. Send me a PM and mention if your cut or uncut and your history of PE.
There will be 2 groups,A and B.
Group A will be doing the following excercise:
-Rub your penis at a towel for 20 minutes a day. The theory is that your penis head becomes less sensitive if your body experience comfort. And since an erection is triggered mentally (Mental power is what we are going for to achive success in Ejac.Control) you will focus on achiving an erection everyday for 2 weeks using only porn or your imagination. Try to avoid stroking it to much to trigger an erection until the experiment is complete.
Group B will be doing the following excerise:
-Increase your masturbation frequency to 3 times per day for 2 weeks. Masturbation means stroking your penis until you ejaculate. Post Ejaculation the penis sends a signal to the brain to produce "Anti sensitivity" hormones like prolactin to hinder you from ejaculating one more time. With increased masturbation therefor my theory is that there will be elevated levelse of "Anti sensitivty" hormones throughout the day.
Every group will do a "Cool down" in cold water each morning to improve recovery rate of your unit.
This logg will be updated when there are enough participants.
