  • My Problem: Arousal Levels Get too High

    So I noticed I have two problems when it comes to PreE. The smaller one is my sensitivity and IKs, and I know how to fix that and I have seen results so far. The main problem however is my arousal levels, and I just noticed this today. My arousal levels are extreme. So I was looking into arousal control today, and came across a forum and one of the exercises was to read arousing stories and not touch yourself, and see how you react, such as arousal, Iks, erections, etc. Now I just had a long edging session before this without cumming, so it might explain this, but I nearly came, without touching myself, due to extreme involuntary kegels and me being so aroused by the story. The person who came up with the exercise said he doesnt get full on erections when reading them, sometimes none at all. This is how I came to my conclusion that my arousal is messed up.

    I get erections from watching "sexy" movie scenes. I get erections from cuddling/kissing. I get erections from jut laying on my stomach for too long. I get erections from wearing loose underwear and my junk rubbing against them. I came from a girl rubbing my junk from outside my shorts for couple of minutes.

    I think my problem is I think too much of these situations. They should not be sexually stimulating, but for some reason they are very simulating to me. How do I control my arousal? I want erections to be formed from touch, not just thoughts. Only when I purposely want and erection to be formed. I shouldn't get an erection form only cuddling, or watching movies with sexual scenes.

    My guess is your fairly young, going on that assumption I can tell you that pretty much everything you've described is normal. There's nothing wrong with your arousal, give it time, patience, and understanding (Your girl should be doing this too, otherwise it will exacerbate the situation) Try to think opposing thoughts, you can only control your arousal so much, be it soft or stiff. There are techniques and mental exercises that can help with this, but I think its best to find a way that works for you as part of accepting it, rather than seeing it as a problem you need to find a way to fix. Tend to your physical health and mental well being and you will be able to change the things you want to change, garunteed.

      Don't try to hide your arousal this make things worse just enjoy, dont be obsessed like some guys buying a fleshlight.
      The cure is:
      1. Reverse kegel
      2. Edging
      3. Stop watching porn
      4. More sex (maybe the only real cure)

        Same with me. I found out that my PreE has almost nothing to do with Pelvic Floor(I did have a bit of tension). It got so bad that even 12 hours after watching PORN, I'd still blow it instantly. So yeah, Stamina beat me to it, but he's pretty much right.

        Reverse kegels

        Edging. Only ejaculate once a week. Get very near PONR, then stop it all.

        STOP WATCHING PORN. I attribute my success to this. All porn does is make you over-excited when the real thing comes. Plus, you become disconnected from what's happening, so you have no idea how to pace yourself.

        More sex. Yeah it helps. I found that after spending at least 30 mins doing foreplay, I can last a long time during intercourse. Read "She comes First" and learn how to eat a girl out and entertain yourself by watching her cum.

          Holy words.. I also read "she comes first" :-P beyond the technique you must be "creative" to eat pussy so when the time comes to really penetrate her, she will be so aroused that she will have her orgasm before you ejaculate.
