    I would try to keep a log here of my observations, it will be detailed at first but later I will post just new findings/opinions/questions to keep it concise.

    12/01/2016 - day 1
    I began today and I felt like I reached a point of empty thrusting, with no pleasure but mechanic movements, that until I attempted to touch the frenulum and other sensitive spots, but I still was hard and sometimes felt like my whole system down there was just "bored" and waiting for the grand finale, because I could feel the tension on my shaft.


    I think it might have been because of the 20 minutes with no lube, as I started to feel my penis kind of sore later. Then I added lube and continued for a while, but tomorrow I will begin with the lube as it prevents harming my pal.
    Routine:
    5 kegels - 10 RK, one hold of ten seconds of each
    stretching to front, up, down and sides for 20 seconds each

    13/01/2016 - day 2
    Using lube since the beginning. It seems I need continuous stimulation to the glans and frenulum to actually edge near the ponr. Whenever I'm at full erection, I involuntary kegel with every stroke. If they are consecutive, the IK's are continuous, but as stated in another thread, they aren't too strong, I have to focus and look for them with my other hand to actually feel them, but they are present.


    I have to reverse kegel to calm then down, but this is because reverse make me lose a bit of the erection, so the intensity diminish.

    14/01/2016 - day 3
    Wow... that was intense! I had my first blow off, as the 3rd edging day, it was very intense because of the way a approached it, I lasted 40 minutes on it.


    This time I didn't let my dick get "bored" or overused by stroking the shaft too much, I went for the money and stroked in a pleasurable way most of the time, this means I was constantly touching the glans and frenulum.


    I tried to keep the focus on my sensations by turning the attention to my unit every time I found myself wandering. The IK's continued but I confirmed they are not nearly as strong as a voluntary one or as the IK's prior to ejaculation.


    As I said, I want to find and stay on plateau so I stroked aiming for pleasure most of the time, I would analyze this pleasure and constantly tried to convince myself that it does not mean I'm about to ejaculate, that ejaculation might even be boring if done so early so I was focusing on the pleasuring sensations as an end on themselves, I even smiled with my eyes closed as I was accepting that they were really good and I was losing fear of suddenly IK and cum, instead I kind of gained confidence that I would surf just around the PONR but won't fall beyond.


    This confidence came as I noticed that I was semi-unconsciously regulating my grips depending on the pleasure level. I know the real deal is nowhere as loose as the grip I used most of the time, but at this stage I don't want to focus on how much of a grip I can handle, I just want to feel more and more "stabilized" pleasure and keep being there for as long as I can.


    This way I came across what I would call an "irradiating pleasure" at the absence of a better term for now. I managed to be really, really close to PONR for long period of times and, when I approached the edge of PONR, I felt this sensation of "flow" from my dick and spreading down to my legs and feet. I remember I have felt it before but just for a short period of time as it is the prelude to ejaculation, but this time I deliberately surfed just at that edge, not losing sight of the feeling to avoid lose control of the rhythm necessary to maintain such sensations.


    It feels really, really good. Because of changing position I lost that edge a couple of times but managed to get there again and keep myself there again, always feeling that spreading sensation all the way down to my feet. When I decided to cum I did it again until I just was too eager to cum and left my self go. Man what a blow, that was really intense.


    After that I stayed in bed for a while almost falling asleep and I noticed a little tingling in my pelvic floor, but not as kegels or anything like that this time, something more superficial and soft, more like those ticks one might feel on the eyelid from time to time which is linked to stress or sleep deprivation, but of course this was far from a stressful situation.


    Routine
    After some research in the forum I decided to drop kegels for a while and keep RK's and stretching. It seems I already have a pretty strong kegel since that's what makes me cum faster, plus I'm feeling my pelvic floor tense several times a day. I might reincorporate them slowly in the future.

            I don't. what I do is I sit on it, then I put my arms on each side of the chair by my legs. Then I roll back and forth, kind of like rocking your hips. The ball should roll back and forth. I try to roll far enough to where it reaches just under my balls all the way to just about my anus. This really relaxes the area.
            Start [9/15]: BPEL 6.1" X EG 5"
            Now [10/15]: BPEL 6.5" X EG 5.2"
            Goal: BPEL: 7.5" X EG 6"

              That makes more sense to me. I tried with a tennis ball and I find it a little too hard, it's a little uncomfortable to drop my weight in the ball.

              I began using a "stress ball" I have, those you use to squeeze with your hand. It feels nice and firmly enough when I sit on it.

                16/01/2016 - day 5


                Didn't get to feel the spreading/current-like sensation a lot. Did came because I was trying to get the farthest possible as to really identify my PONR. I'm thinking that maybe my PONR is a little beyond what I think it is, so I'll give it a try for a couple of days and keep on the edge and beyond, constantly telling myself that I don't have to cum, but it is okay to cum.


                In previews days I was near what I'm guessing is my PONR based on my experience, but I want up to date information this time

                  18/01/2016 - day 7
                  Longer time to reach PONR. No energy from the grid in my house, so I used the fan in the room and that dryes the lube faster, the water helped. Short period of thrusting with low sensations but rigid penis tube, which means ready to shoot.


                  After that I did reach the PONR edges, there is this delicious tickle just before PONR. I'm becoming addicted to it, sticking to it is almost better than cumming, but to keep it I have to reduce friction a lot until I get to the point that another slight thrust will make me cum. I stop for a little bit and then resume. At this point IK's are inevitable. Should I aim to handle this edge with a firmer grip? It doesn't seem like an easy task.


                  The sensation while in the edge is almost like wanting to pee (apart from the delicious tickle). The tube that is in the middle of the penis feels really tense and ready to shoot. Reverse kegels at this point seem to do a rebound effect: pleasure slightly calms down but then comes stronger and if I'm not careful I could cum. Would be better to kegel hard at this point?

                    UPDATE

                    18/02/2016 - just 4-5 sessions more
                    As reverse kegel while near PONR only makes me bounce back to cum, I have found it is better to try to control the strenght of the normal kegel that is present at that moment. No voluntarily release the muscles, but focus on them to alleviate the pressure.


                    Because of my inconsistency I have been feeling the urge to cum, I have to focus on disassociating the pleasure with cumming and strive for the edge as an end.

                    I had cum the last couple of days, one with sex, so it was a little bit easier to control today.


                    I tried with the light reverse kegel from the beginning. I reached the first involuntary kegel sooner than what I expected, but was able to last 20 minutes reaching PONR a couple of times, even while pushing my dick forward, which causes more pleasure to me. This was watching porn, it would have taken me forever to get well aroused just by hand after the last couple of days.


                    In normal conditions I constantly keep losing the pace of my breathing and have to catch up so it kind of makes me tired because of the lack of oxygen, I kind of get scared when I'm reaching PONR, I tell myself to not worry about it but its not an easy task. This session was specially hard because of the light reverse kegel, apart from bad breathing I contracted a little bit my abs, that tired me a lot.

                      Keep working .
                      You might find intermittent rk back from ponr can control arousal . Holding an ongoing rk is difficult .
                      What is your out of sex k/rk routine?

                        Intermittent sounds interesting, I just make one when I try it. My routine is based on RK's. 40 pushes, 10 secs hold, repeat, then stretches, 20 secs on each direction.
