So I have had IKs forever, and I could never tell if it was a sensitivity issue, a tight pelvic floor issue, or both. So as I try to fix my issue, I bought some numbing balm to act as a temporary solver. I bought some Pau yuen Tong, which is supposed to numb the penis. I tested it today to see if it works, and an hour after putting it on, I do not IK. I tried doing the most excessive things to make me IK, and I am able to hold off the IKs without even trying. When I lay on it, pull on it, or masturbate, I do not IK. So can this be that my problem is a sensitivity issue, and not a tight pelvic floor issue? Or does a tight pelvic floor relate to this still?

I just got it on the mail the the other day from ebay. Be careful, make sure you get the legit stuff! I currently am not having sex at the moment, but I tested it out when i got it and it definitely killed off my IKs. For me it took about 30 mins until it was in full effect. It lasted a lot longer than I thought it would, probably lasting close to 3 hours. It doesn't kill off all sensations, as you can still feel yourself touching. But as far as IKs go, they were gone, I felt completely relaxed. I usually cannot balloon for more than 10 seconds at a time because it tickles (for lack of a better word) too much.
