  • Question on Reverse Kegels?

After I perform a good amount of RKs, should I feel any sort of fatigue in my pelvic floor? I never seem to feel anything down there so I don't know if I am doing them right or if they are even working. I have read the stickies and know how to perform an RK, as I can feel my pelvic floor expand. I can even isolate them with some effort.
    Start [9/15]: BPEL 6.1" X EG 5"
    Now [10/15]: BPEL 6.5" X EG 5.2"
    Goal: BPEL: 7.5" X EG 6"

    What is your question?

It is possible to fatigue from rk or even overtrain them

I just didn't know if there was any sign I should be looking for to know if I am performing them right. I feel like I am, and I read the threads on how to do them, but lack of signs makes me wonder.

It is in effect a stretch exercise , do you get a lot of "feel" feedback when you stretch other muscles?
