    Good news! Was able to get erect today with no porn just mental images! Only went for about 10 minutes then went to the shower! Tomorrow i'll start using the STU.

    Had a nice little 15 minute session to start off my first day back in the STU. Was a little more desensitized then I thought I would be but still a bunch of stoping and going. Its hard for me to stop the Iks man lol

    Back at it like a crack addict! Had some trouble getting it up using my imagination so I cheated and went to my stage of nudes i've received from women. Started on my back and still having terrible IKs. I tried to focus on breathing because I know thats also a weak point of mine. Trying to focus on not kegeling/clinching you butt and breathing is some tough work.
    I try to RK while i'm going into the STU, because that is what makes me kegel hard, but its just not enough. Oh well going to keep working at it. 15 minutes and no ejaculation

    Have you tried edging first thing in the morning when you wake up? Try it before you even get up from bed, even for a piss and report back...

    Can you describe your lifestyle/activity level/job over the last 10/15 years?

    I've been reading around outside of this forum on women's issues with pelvic floors, general posture problems and the way the lower body plays a part in PE. Currently experimenting with a few ideas as edging, hindi squats, penis stretches, the sort, have only given me a very minor improvement in terms of PE. But I do think I might finally be onto the core problem that has caused my PE... I can't however put it to the test myself just yet.... Got slightly injured while squatting.

I'm 24 and suprisingly yesterday was the one year anniversary of me being in the working force haha. I didn't learn about kegels till about 2014 but still haven't been able to nix them out completely. I've pin point what causes me Pre E but don't know what exactly I should do to combat it.

    As far as edging in the morning I've never tried it. I honestly don't know if I could keep a hard on in the morning for some odd reason unless I had morning wood. My problem is IKs. I have extra skin on my frenulum which is very sensitive. Not sure why maybe because of how I ejaculated for so many years. Every time I enter the STU (for the most part) that sensitivity makes me kegel. The feeling like rushes down the bottom of my penis causing the IKs.

    this sensitivity can be reduced by using a tight grip of hand in edging

    In terms of morning edging, try to do it first thing in the morning. What i'm guessing will happen is that you'll be able to last FAR longer without IK's than if you've done it in the evening. Reason being that during the day, for us who have shitty/problematic pelvic floors, we keep them over-engaged while doing most day to day activities... by the time the evening comes, they're tired and worn out and with a little stimulus it doesn't take much before IK's hit you like a tonne of bricks especially during sex... Whereas in the morning, due to sleeping horizontally you pelvic floor has s had sufficient rest to recover. Personally i've found that i can last 10-20min during morning sex if it's first thing in the morning as opposed to evening sex (sometimes 3 strokes lol).

    The reason i asked about your lifestyle and activity levels was because I personally used to be a proper little nerd gamer when i was younger and used to spend hours and hours slouching while gaming. I think that kind of messed with my posture, pushed my coccyx in and a number of other things that all piled up and ended up giving me back pain while im in my 20's.... back pain, PE, shitty posture... Sound half broken don't I ? So after trying edging, hindi squats penis stretches etc with little progress... i think we've been trying to cure symptoms with minimum improvement instead of core problems (for those of us who have physiological PE instead of mental anxiety kind of PE anyway). All theory by the way.

    So at the moment im trying something a little different. Focus my gym training on my hamstrings, glutes and abs with MINIMUM weight training on quads and front hip flexors. Also while sitting on any chair never use the back rest and sit completely straight. Aim is to try and fix my posture and the muscles surrounding the pelvic floor which with a bit of luck will take the pressure off the pelvic floor for these day to day activities (and i literally mean shit like walking... which i can always feel automatically going into a moderate kegel... while f**king walking!)

    How old are you now? And I don't know, pelvic floor tension is a problem but how does that help me with the sensitivity of my frenulum? Its hard for me to believe that doing a ton of hindi squats and RKs ( I don't ever try to kegel at all on my own) will correlate tot he sensitivity in my penis going down which is what I would consider my main problem.

    Had a 15 minute edging session and got better at breathing correctly but session was horrible in terms of stopping and going. Is stopping and going counter productive to treating my Pre E? No ejaculation though! Also did 2 x 4 minutes of hindi squats.

    Had a 15 minute edging session and got better at breathing correctly but session was horrible in terms of stopping and going. Is stopping and going counter productive to treating my Pre E? No ejaculation though! Also did 2 x 4 minutes of hindi squats.
    I'm 23. In terms of sensitivity, ballooning would be the only exercise i'm guess?

    But i done a little edge session myself today and had a mini personal discovery... The way I sat while edging had a massive effect on how quick i was approaching PONR. While slouched it was what i thought normal ... Once i was about 8/10 way to PONR i sat up very straight emphasising correct posture while still stimulating and even with a hard EQ I shot back to about 5/10 PONR ....

    The way it works from what i've figured out is the tighter the pelvic floor, the more your penis will seem sensitive. Do a quick stretch, then check sensitivity again while edging

    Yes, sitting up for me too helps with decreased sensitity and me lasting longer but only to a certain extent. And if you think about it there aren't really any sex positions besides maybe one where you can sit up like that. yeah its good to find positions you can last in immediatley but the goal is to be able to do every position and last as long as ya want.

    This is also the same with mornings. You can't always have morning sex but yes it would be nice haha.
