    Session went like the last one with a bunch of IKs and start stops. I will say i went about a minute 30 while stroking and not receiving IKs but once they IKs did hit they wouldn't go away for the most part. Only Edged while sitting up and laying on the bed and just laying flat on the bed. No ejaculation though.

    Ehhh so so session again. Went about a minute thirty before the Iks kicked in. I wasn't even to stay laying down on the bed for the entire session, had to get up and stand for the last like 1/3. One thing I did notice though is that when I layed down and brought my legs up toward me while point my knees to the sky, it was easier for me to go without IKs. I'm in this thing for the long hall so no getting me down! Went for 25 minutes with Ejaculation though.

    Try adding some tension to your glutes or adductors while edging. Try pulling the tailbone back and see what happens.

    Tension? Like for example edging while on my knees as If I were doing Doggy style? I'm 90% sure more tension would cause more IKs

    I could get better with breathing. A lot of times I forget about breathing because of how intense the IKs are. When I edge later tonight I will try to make an emphasis on deep breathing.

    Had my best session thus far! Was able to last 5 entire minutes without getting right before PONR. It might be because of the RK holds i've been doing but strokes from the STU weren't super sensitive on my frenulum. Very estatic about my last session! Was also able to use the STU while kneeling (male in doggy position) without going crazy!

    Won't be edging today but will keep up RKs and do 3 x 5 minutes of hindi squats!

    Decent session today, not as good as the last one but better than the beginning. One discovery I made was, when I was super aroused and had to stop and pull out from the STU, I would get like these mini dick jumps. Sorta like dick was kinda throbbing... Anybody know what this is? I didn't feel myself IKing at this time so I have no clue what it was all about. One last thing is its funny how just the placement of your legs/feet can change the intensity of edging. Frustrating session overall with a ton of IKs but building ever session nonetheless. 25 minutes no ejac.

    Had a session last Saturday but didn't post about it.

    5/8/2017

    Session yesterday had me very depressed and frustrated but I WILL NOT QUIT. 25 minutes with no ejaculation. What I realized is that I've been edging for about a month now about 3-4 days a week, mostly 4, but haven't seen much improvement besides the first week. IKs are still incredible from about the first minute in on. Each week i've increased my edging time for about 5 minutes, this would be the start of my 30 minute edging session.

    For some reason unlike others, when I stop to get away from PONR there is no build up, if I edge for a couple of seconds more I go from 1 to 8 or 9 just in a few seconds. Also the speed of edging doesn't really affect how quick I get to ponr. I could go really slow and get to ponr faster than if I was going fast, nonetheless still getting to PONR really really quickly. I will battle this Pre E problem seriously for a year no matter what, but going up in edging time doesn't seem to help me at all. I guess the only thing I can do more is get serious with RKs and hindi squats. But if for some reason those don't help me out, I fear nothing will ever cure my Pre E problem.

    Had a session yesterday and today and both I saw some minor improvement since 5/8 IKs didn't come on after a couple of strokes, went for more like a minute before the IKs started. Just gotta focus on getting better and remembering to RK during the day.
