    Id say take your edging 25 minutes and try to do a 25 minute light RK hold instead for 2 weeks and see what happens. RKs having your full attention when your starting out helps a lot. It will show you how quickly your tension returns to baseline.

    Session went pretty bad. Could only stay erect for 15 minutes and even then it was floating in and out of hardness. My penis hasn't felt good since Saturday. Its like a burning feeling but it isn't when I pee it just a feeling that lingers here and there but for the more part is there. I went to the doc a month ago and they said I had no STDs and it isn't a UTI but idk whats wrong with me... Also haven't had sex in over a month and a half... Idk this is kinda freaking me out.

    Had a 20 minute session that went kinda meh. Got a new STU. Most of my session was laying on my back. Started out slow and was able to control myself for a couple of minutes. Did some thrusting this session which I did better in keeping of Iks at the beginning than I thought I would. last 5 minutes was in doggy position edging which caused me quite a few IKs

    Did a session yesterday and today and must say today was my best session yet. Was able to go for 10 minutes straight in several positions without getting to PONR. I did ejaculate during yesterdays session but also did 3 x 5 minute hindi squat so lets hope the hindi squats are the reason for this great progress.

    Haven't edged since like last Thursday, tried to give it a shot today but it didn't go so well. Had Ik's from the jump and lost my hard on after trying to stand up to change edging positions. Went for about 10 minutes but oh well gotta move on. did 3 x 6 minute hindi squat sessions.

    Had a short session today only 15 minutes. Was a better session then my last thats for sure but still had problems with IKs. I really want to get into doing RKs all the time but its hard at times and uncomfortable if not done standing up well for me. Also started taking some Magnesium Chelate. See how it goes.

    I know you've taken some breaks, but you've been doing this for over a year and you can't RK yet? I think correcting that should be a priority.

    Can you relax your pelvic floor standing without using your abs? Can you BC and PC kegel?

    Some discomfort when learning to relax is good sign. Light cramping type pain is blood getting to areas that have been so tight no blood has been arriving. What does your discomfort feel like?

    No I can RK but its just way easier to do when Standing up. I feel as if I can hold it longer while standing. What I've been trying to do is like a reverse pyramid. 30 seconds, 10 second break, 20 seconds, 10 second break, 10 seconds. Done. While sitting down and trying to RK it isn't comfortable. I feel the RK push a lot more in my abs, not sure if your even supposed to feel the push in your abs when you do it. Its just hard for me to RK all day every day. It slips my mind at work when I get busy. What exactly is BC and PC kegel? I can kegel thats for damn sure lol but not a good thing. Also when RKing it seems a bit harder to breathe while sitting down. THe discomfort is mainly feels awkward not ouch this hurts.

    If you need breaks you are probably forcing it. Relax don't strain. It should be a break from contracting mainly. Your mind wandering is normal eventually it becomes habit just as contracting all the time is habit now. Meditative reverse kegels where you RK every inhale are helpful. I started checking and relaxing my pelvic floor every time I checked my phone

    The PC and BC are muscles. Learning how to contract them is the first step to learning how to relax them. The PC should be shaped like a cup holding your organs inside you. When I started mine was much more flat across most of the time. The BC wraps around the bulb of the penis around the corpus spongiousum. Mine was incredibly tight all the time and where I felt my IKs. Look in the anatomy section of my sig for more info.
