    Still been doing Pre E training just forget to post in my log, i'll get back to that. Last week edged 3 times, 25 minutes each and Ballooned on one day. Overall these sessions were frustrating.

    Yesterdays session was amazing and I saw a lot of improvements come with it. I don't know what it was about my Sunday night but I just got super positive about my life and gained some confidence. Fast forward to yesterdays session. I told myself no matter what, focus on breathing deeply and just control my pelvic floor. Don't actually think about what causes the IKs which is my frenulum, but just focus on keeping PF not tensed and RK when necessary. And these thoughts had me at a great session, I never had to get off the bed, I did some stroking into the STU without feeling like I had to come very often or I could slow down to ween off the feeling. Hopefully I can keep pushing in this direction!

    Edged last week once, was on vacation from last monday thru wedensday. Did a ballooning session yesterday for 10 minutes. Think i'm going to start doing those on days I don't edge because it is less of a mess and still helps with Pre E. Had a 20 minute edging session today. IK's hit me within about 3 minutes. Was mainly sitting up in my bed while I was edging. Got to focus more on breathing and relaxing my PF as best as I can with my mind.

    Had a better edging session than the last. Went for about 20 minutes but instead went slow instead of my usual pace. Saw the IK's come a little bit later than usual which was good. Going to make sure I stick to 3x5 Minute Hindi squats and day and trying my best to do RKs all day every day.

    I honestly don't know Andrew. I haven't had sex since the first week of April. Girls seem to be flakes nowadays and just teases, but then again I don't go out enough to meet new girls like that. I don't imagine it would be any better than my solo edging sessions though.

    Not as good as a session as yesterday but oh well. Went for 25 minutes and with Ejaculation. I don't know if this is detrimental to my edging but, what I do is i'll edge for 25 minutes then i'll wear a bathmate for about 15 minutes. After I get out of the bathmate I have to get myself hard again and i'll ejaculate after I get hard again. Is this bad for my edging progression?

    Always have been buddy. Chronic validation seekers... But then again that's exactly what makes it fun and exciting for us aha!

    I've completely given up on Rk's/edging/ballooning etc, just feels like we've been trying to cure the symptom instead of focusing on the core issue.

    Would be good to hear on your progress though cause im not gonna lie, your log has been loooooong and by now you should have either cured it, or edging simply isn't the cure for you bud.

    What has worked for you Andrew if anything has? And what would you say is the core issue? I feel for me its a sensitive ass frenulum that ends up iking after a certain point of stimulation.
