Did 100 Rk's in the shower and 10 minutes of Tennis ball stretches. I must say it really seems like the Tennis Ball stretches are helping me or loosening up my pelvic floor because my last couple of edging sessions have been great. I edged today for 30 minutes and I was even able to keep stroking when I got close to ponr as long as I slowed down. I could do this when the intensity was too much and was able keep stroking slowly and the intensity would go down. Pretty stoked!

Pelvic Floor relaxation has made a massive difference for me. Pillow Stretch, sitting Yoga position, tennis ball massage and a few hindi squats. Before I was just trying RKs, did nothing to help me, I still couldn't do one when it needed to be done. But since adding in the above stuff, I can now really control my pelvic floor a lot more and do RKs! Found exactly the same as you, I can edge much longer while keeping more control and have to stop a lot lot less.

I still feel I want another week of edging practice (only on day 7 today) before I field test. I've had a few people interested in meeting up with me but just put them off with 'working', so sure I'll find someone when I want to try out!

I've said this many times, but you need to work up to 45-60min of edging. If you hit PONR too quickly, just don't directly stimulate the sweet spot. Concentrate on keeping your pelvic floor relaxed. No IKs. Do reverse kegels to stay relaxed.
I used to have preE. I was a 2 pump chump. Basically I started hour long jerk off sessions before I knew about edging. Jerk off for an hoir hour or more really trained me to control my pelvic floor and learn when I would hit PONR.
I really feel the long sessions are important. If you only edge 10min, you can't expect to last longer than 2 min during sex. If you can edge for an hour, you will gain control over your orgasms.
Now I can last as long as I want. I just ride the edge, using RKs and stopping during sex if I need to. There is no longer any accidental orgasms. I try to have sex and make my girl cum and when she is cumming I'll cum with her.
Just do whatever you need to do to not hit PONR. Work up to 20, then 30, then 40, and finally 60min or more.Start 3.16.15 - 7bpel, 6bpel, 5meg

Dmizzle did you only use your hand and lube when you edged? and every week i've been increasing my edging time. last week I was at 20 minutes and so far this week 2 out of my 3 sessions have been 30 minutes. I will edge later today and go for 30 minutes. And should I not get close to ponr at all? Because now i'll hit it at a certain time but then stop edging for a few seconds or i'll stimulate my frenulum. I try to Rk to get away from PONR but I don't really think it helps but for a few seconds.
Another thing that I want to ask that isn't related to Pre E is that for about a week now everytime I pee it burns. I don't have any weird marks or bumps or anything of the sort that would give me the idea that I had an STD. Anybody ever had this problem? Or should I go to the doctors?

I personally have sometimes a burning feeling after 3-4 edging sessions in a row.Give your boy a little rest if he needs it and drink more water.I believe the burning feeling is sometimes due to seme inside your dick.I`m fine, when I pee more.I also rub my penis with vaseline sometimes after edging, if is little dameged

Day 13. 3/18/2016.
Did 100 rk's while in the shower and did 9 minutes of Tennis Ball stretches. Like I said in a previous post each day is getting better and better since starting Tennis Ball stretches. I went for a full 10 minutes before I ever hit ponr. I'm also able to know go at different paces and not get to ponr so quickly. Edged for a total of 30 minutes and ejaculated. Will be taking the weekend off for rest.

One thing I think you should do, don't concentrate on grip strength, just edge. I know I said before, yada whatever it was, but you're at a point now where you can consistently edge for 15 plus mins, so instead of thinking I need to go faster, tighter grip, just go with the pleasure building up and slow down and ramp it up. I know what it's like to have your head in that, " I need to finish this session with carpet burn dick " but I reckon that is the thing that is stopping you from just enjoying the whole edging session.A Game of Bones.
