    To be honest, it's a hit and miss at the minute...

Here's an experiment, get 8/10 to your PONR and then while you're still edging, get into a hindu squat ... boom i bet your PONR and frenulum sensitivity will drop a few notches. PF stretch buddy.

    Found this really good video on youtube about this guy who's really open about steroids, life etc and he had a video on what really causes PE in his opinion and how to cure it... and surprisingly a lot of what he says goes hand in hand with what most people have found on this forum... though i'm not really prepared to go through with his cure for PE (it pretty much involves a vibrator up your ass) so i'm trying to modify his ideas so i can test out the cure without having anything going up my butt lol.

    thank you for this information Andrew. Where are you at then now? Would you say (as an example) you are about 80% happy with how long you last during sex or?

    So i'm going to take some steps back and start edging with hand no lube and not touching the frenulum. Gonna try to work my way up to 20 minutes of dry edging without hitting PONR while touching frenulum then move back into the STU and do the same thing up to 20 minutes. Had a pretty good session today, got to 15 minutes dry edging and only hit PONR with about a minute left on my edging session. Its been a while so I decided to ejaculate. Will continue to do belly breathing RKs and 3 x 5 minutes hindi squats.

    Did 15 minutes of dry edging and didn't hit PONR or ever really had to slow down, besides my arm getting tired xD. My Pelvic floor was pretty relaxed up until about 5 minutes left. At one point it got tense but it didn't effect how my penis felt sensitivity wise. Idk what I did but I was able to get it back relaxed though. Good session going to build off this.

    Had a really good session today. Went for 15 minutes dry edging with minimal touching of the frenulum. Well for like the last 5 minutes i was touching it. Thiis session made me ecstatic because I was harder than I have been in quite sometime. Not sure exactly did it but ive cleaned my diet up a little, did some leg workouts and cardio yesterday, and have been on this veggie smoothie! This erection was better than any I've had on these pills I got from the Vitaminshoppe that are supposed to help with EQ and libido. I also watched a flick I made w my ex and looked at some pictures so that might have helped too! Making steps in the right direction so that makes me happy.

    Had a 15 minute edging session in which again I had a really good erection quality and didn't ever get close to PONR. Will be moving up to 20 minute next session. About to start my hindi squat sets.

    Relapsed on masturbating to porn, kind of disappointed in myself. Feels like I needed to get that out of my system though. Pretty sure thats not a good thing though. Going to take a rest for the night on Pre E work and just gather myself, get back to it better than ever tomorrow. Going to also start posting in the AP thread to help get myself disciplined.

    Going to try and start slowing down my life a little in terms of work and over-thinking things. Feel like i'm always doing something in a rush which hurts the accuracy of the work i'm doing. Also going to try my hardest to start focusing on things.

    Going to start reading also, my first book I want to finish is one that I've had for a long time called "Art of Seduction", thinking it might help me when talking to women, which is something I direly need to get better at. I want to talk and be around more women because it's almost been 5 months since my last sexual encounter. One day we lose our ability to have sex and don't want to say I wasted my golden years by not being able to talk to them. Don't want any regrets as I feel I've already had a lot in my lifetime.

    Another big thing I want to do is get in better health by eating healthier and then exercising more. Really need to cut down my portion sizes and tell myself there is always a healthy alternate you can get even when going to restaurants.

    I want to cure my Pre E more than anything and I believe I will no matter how long it takes and also become a smarter individual like I know I can be. And that I put on my dead Grandfather.

    Haven't been posting a lot but still working out, last week and 2 days this week i've completed 20 minutes of dry edging with touching of frenulum. I will now move back on the STU training starting at 5 minutes and trying to not reach PONR at all. Once I get that down consistently I will move up in time!
