Hi Ralph.

When I first started out with the Fleshlight I trained it standing. I bought the fleshlight suction cup, such that I could mount it on the bathroom wall. The first tries I couldn't thrust for more than 20 seconds but with continous and consistent use I can now after a little warm up with slow thrusting control it and fuck it standing in a fast pace.
I have moved onto controlling it while laying on my back or being in kneeling doggy style. I have also bought a yoga mat to put the fleshlight into, such that I easier can train for more real life sex positions in my bed instead of at the bathroom.
So go ahead and take a look in my progress log, I think you will find some great tips.
Currently I my self switch between DeathGrip and Fleshlight training. I have elimanted IKs while doing DeathGrip or while using the fleshlight standing, but is still working on IKs while laying flat on my back in the bed using the Fleshlight.
In the beginning I always had a stopwatch with me and tracked the actual time of thrusting before I needed a break, but I found it to cumbersome and also when you first get the control you will find out that the actual time doesn't matter that much. Therefore now I instead sets the alarm 1 hour ahead and then just continous edging for an hour.

I won't give up, but sometimes its depressing just knowing that you aren't where you want to be at when you thought you would be there. It really sucks to know people are having long lasting sex and you really aren't. I also thought I would have beat this by now but I haven't. I have made good strides though, just sometimes it feels that my pre e will never go away.

1. When I have sex with my girlfriend the duration is more dependent on our mood than my stamina. We can have sex for an hour without any problems. I am very well aware of when I come too close to PONR return and hence I just stops when I feel it. She most often orgasm while I have my penis within her in doggy style and then massage her clitoris with my fingers. Or she sits on top of me and I massage her clitoris in this position.
My problem is that I feel the sex often becomes a bit too slow and I need a lot of small breaks where we kisses instead, since I can only thrust fast for 15-30 seconds, even in a medium pace I can only do it in 30 seconds. So the sex becomes a bit on her terms, since she is more in control, i.e. I fuck slow and gentle and stops then kissing her, licking her etc. sometimes I feel that I do not get the pleasure that I need.
My goal is currently to be able to thrust in her continuously for 3 minutes at least in doggy style in a medium and controlled pace. I also think she would enjoy just being relaxed and get fucked sometimes.

2. I feel the warm and wet sensation of my girlfriends pussy cannot be compared with the Fleshlight. I even tried buying the Fleshlight warmer to simulate the warm feeling, however the Fleshlight feels only warm the first 3 thrust then it becomes normal temperature again.
More technically I feel that the STU (when the bottom cap is completely closed) has too much suction, this results in a feeeling that it is only my foreskin which is going back and forth while thrusting, i.e. not much stimulation on my glans. I can thrust in the STU in this state forever.
The method that simulates my girlfriend's pussy the most is with the STU's bottom cap loosened a bit to reduce the suction effect and then with fresh lube in it, then the first 10 thrusts feels like my girlfriends pussy, but afterwards it becomes the same problem with the Fleshlight loosing its wetness. It is sad because I feel that the wetness keeps my foreskin to be more retracted hence I get more stimulation on the glans. Today is day 1 of me using the STU so will be starting over with my day count
Day 1: 6/1/2016
Used the STU for the first time and man was it hella intense. I started laying on my back which is a problem area for me but I then got up and was able to handle it a bit better but still very intense. Went for a total of 5 minutes and will increase 5 minutes every week. Will try to go atleast 4 times a week using the STU with a min of 3 times. Will be having this chick i've been talking to over so hopefully I will be able to score with her tomorrow. Also did Tennis ball stretch for 1 time for a total of 8 minutes.

Day 2: 6/2/2016
Used STU for a total of 6 minutes. I started off sitting down but that was a little too intense (not as intense as yesterday) so I stood up. Did that for several minutes then ended up laying back down and it was easier than when i first layed down to edged. I tried to just calm myself down but that was super hard as the STU feels really good. Was able to last 6 minutes but it felt soooo good I had to ejac. What i will try to do is go up a minute each session. Yes it is a decent ammount of stopping and starting but I feel I will get better with time. Will also work on not ejaculating after each session but after every 2-3.

Day 5: 6/8/2016
Did two days prior but forgot to cover it in my log. Won't make that mistake again! Today I first edged for about 7 minutes with the Stu. Started off laying down as always then lubed it up. Couldn't last long in this position so I kinda sat up and was able to last better. I then stood up and felt myself getting close to ponr so I decided to walk around while using the stu and I was able to not get the Ik's as much but they were still pretty predominant. Sitting and Sitting up while kinda laying down are the easiest to last in. I still get a ton of ik's so it causes me to stop and start a lot but I hope my routine to make my pelvic floor more relaxed will help a lot. Also today was the first day I didn't ejac while using the STU. Did about 80 rk's, 5 minute tennis ball stretch and then did 2x 3 minutes of deep squats.
