    Hey Ralph, I'm thinking of getting the stamina unit. I'm just wondering, how tight is it exactly, on a scale of 1-10? And how would you compare it to a real vagina?

    @jay48 I think its the best thing you'll get to a real vagina, I had sex yesterday and I must say the girl was tighter than the STU but they felt the same sorta.

    Day 6: 6/12/2016

    Two nights ago I had sex with a new girl. It went pretty bad/quick but the girl is very understand so i didn't take it too hard even though I felt pretty bad. She was very tight and literally as I was putting it in I nutted. For some reason I just can't get Ik's to go away when i'm aroused w a women and about to have sex. Those things ran rampant. Anyways as soon as I entered I came, we ended up having sex later that night before I went to sleep she got on top but I didn't last more then a couple of seconds during that either.....

    Anybody who reads my thread can give me a a overly crazy pelvic floor routine to less tighten my pelvic floor? I feel as if these IK's will never go away....

    Day 7: 6/13/2016

    Had about a 7-8 minute session with the STU and I feel that i'm getting better with taking the intensity of the STU but the ik's are still my biggest component. My last real sex experience ended terribly so I hope that this STU pays off in the long run. Did about 80-100 rks in the shower and did 5 minutes tennis ball stretch.

    Wow, you managed 7-8 minutes of continuous stroking in the STU?

    I got myself a mini-lotus flshlight sleeve 2 days ago and I can hardly go 1 minute with it.

    Second time was easier, but still under 10 minutes, and requiring lots of pauses.

    How fast do you stroke with the STU, Ralph? Do you ever stop at all in those 7-8 minutes?

    I guess i'm just getting used to the sensations and adapting to them. Its still hard to stroke continuously its still a lot of starting and stopping but i feel i am getting better. If I feel myself getting close to ejaculating ill stop or try a different position.

    Yeah, that's good advice: switching positions definitely helps a bit. I managed to last around 7 minutes today with my mini-lotus. I think, though, that the flshlight definitely grips the penis a bit tighter than a fully aroused vagina on a real woman.

    It's great practice though.

    Hi Ralph, I'm just starting out on my journey here and my main goals were to improve EQ and to last longer. I'm not doing anything crazy, starting slow as suggested. Kegels and rks for the first four weeks. Added some stretching and squeezes, although not alot. After four weeks three sets of 5 second stretches and squeezes I do three/five on head, middle and base. Over time my performance has improved, much better when wife is on top.

    One element I can't train is my wife's understanding she has been brilliant and this helps alot.

    Good luck on your journey, take it easy, remove any elements from your day to day activities that add to performance anxiety and relax.

    Your wife is amazing and i'm happy that you've seen growth. As of right now I edge at least 4 days a week with STU, deep squat holds, tennis ball stretches, and Rk's when im in the shower. I wish I had someone who was patient and didn't care and wanted to help me get better at sex... but at this time im not really looking for a long term GF. I want to be able to get good at sex and have sex with different girls and I know that sounds selfish but just how i'm feeling at this point in time.

    And what are the squeezes like?

    Wow, no its not selfish.You shouldnt have problems wanting to be with many women, otherwise this can worsen your PE.You should be totally ok with that.
