    Day 23: 7/27/16

    Had a 25 minutes session with no ejaculation. I went ahead started on my back and could only do that for so long. I don't know why exactly but for some reason laying on my back and literally any sexual position that has to do with myself being on the bed is tough. Ik's going crazy in those positions. When I sit up on the side of my bed or standing i'm better able to control myself than on the bed but still tough nonetheless.. must. get. rid. of. ik's

    Good to see ur still working hard Ralph! Trust me bro it will be worth it in the end ! You would rather know you tried everything then to give up n fail! You never fail until you quit ! If u feel like ur not progressing you should get a girlfriend she doesn't have to be super hot , just get a girl that you can have sex with a lot and try ur practice on her . The best way to really get ahead is try the real thing and keep trying. When I first had sex after practicing edging and stuff I could only last a couple mins but that was much better then b4! Also the only way to get a girl without having to worry about her judging u on ur stamina is to make her ur girlfriend and I know it sounds bad but ur just using her to get ur stamina better and practice sex ! You may up end up falling in love you never know but u need to get out find a girl that you can have sex with a lot .

    Just and update of this week. Edged Monday and Wednesday for 30 minutes each time and was doing pretty good! I def see improvements in my edging! Even got to a point where I could edge for 10 minutes laying on my back which is a weak point for me without saying whew this is too much and getting up!

    My only downfall is porn at times. Not when i'm sober but when i'm drunk. Yesterday I had a bit of Henny and Coke and my hornyness sky rocketed and I resorted to porn. I like to drink and I only drink on the weekends, not an alcoholic at all. Just got to find a way to kick the habit when im drunk and i'll be porn free forever! I felt extremely down on myself after I had ejaculated to porn too.

    Had a good 30 minute session yesterday and edged for about 27 minutes today and ejaculated. A lot of stopping and going still have crazy Ik's and the only positions that I can really go hard in are sitting down and standing up. I've gotten better at laying down and edging, basically how I always start out. I try to do 10 minutes laying down or sitting up on my bed then after that move around. Will go 30 minutes one more time then move on to 35 minute edging sessions.

    Pretty bad session as far as my body goes but today I stuck it out. Was running low on time because I need to get to bed so today was only a 20 minute edging session. I couldn't to save my life last at all while on the bed.... Every single darn time I went down with the STU would be a HUGE Ik'.... and I couldn't get rid of them to save my life. So it was about 8 minutes of laying on my back/sitting up on my bed and the rest was me sitting on my bed or walking around. I just wish these IK's would go awayyyyyy its super duper frustrating man. Will edge 2 more times this week, hopefully friday or saturday and sunday for sure.

    Had a total edging session of about 24 minutes with no ejaculation. Lost my woody towards the end while walking around my crib edging.. Don't know why but oh well.. Went ahead and did a bunch of Rk's in the shower and did some tennis ball stretches during the day also.

    Didn't edge for very long today... For some reason lost my woody around the 18 minute mark, maybe it was because of stress from job, maybe because i had to pee or maybe because I was hungry. I can say that my pelvic floor was relaxed even when very erect and was better able to control myself. will try again tomorrow

    I don't know whats going on but for some reason I've been losing my erection a lot lately. I have been under some stress due to certain relationships and me just losing my job. I know I should probably take a break from pre e training to get my mind right but I know off days aren't going to get me to where I want to be stamina wise. I went for bout 13 minutes until I kinda lost my woody so i hurried and ejaculated because maybe the pipes needed to be emptied. Will give it a try tomorrow and see whats up.

    One thing I notice is that whenever I stop stroking and take a look at my dick. I notice that it jumps kinda... and it happens every time i'm hard and have stroked then have stopped stroking... anybody know what is up with this>?

    Got my erection back! And I was very happy about this! Started stroking myself to some photos I had recieved over the weekend and got a really good erection. Was able to keep it for the entire duration of my edging session which was about 20 minutes. I ejaculated which I know I shouldn't have but the session was really intense since i hadn't touched myself in a good amount of days. One of my hardest part is learning to breathe differently and have more deep breaths. Its hard for me to focus on that while the sensations of the STU are so intense!

    Had a few sessions done that I did not post. Both ended up being 20 minutes and me ejaculating at the very last moment... Todays session was a let down but a session is better than no session. I went bout 15 minutes before I lost my woody. I had ik's early on and it was a lot of stopping and going as far as edging. Will go ahead and give it another shot tomorow. Also will be implementing hindi squats into my daily routine. Will start of w 2 sessions of 2 minutes. My frenulum is super sensitive because of my turkey neck
