Hey the way i have been preforming the exercise is getting right before i ejaculate and Kegaling right there.
Then what I'm confusing about is after the first rep alittle cum comes out my erection goes down. Then i can get it back up its just wont get to be a full erection again.
This is again where it is confusing. I can preform the second rep of the start and stop it. Even with the lower erection strength. Also a third rep :P.
Am i even doing this exercise right? is it normal to have that strength drop after the first rep?
