I apologize for not having posted in a long time. I've grown so much since the last time I was here. Now I have some great news for everyone concerning premature ejaculation.
Five days ago I finally understood the concept of premature ejaculation.
(Before I begin, I do want to say that if you really feel that the cause of your premature ejaculation is because of a unbalance in your pelvic floor muscles, by no means am I discouraging your self therapy and training. I am putting this out there for everyone. I myself know that my pc, ic, bc muscles are very balanced and strong. I can do Ejaculation without orgasm and dry orgasm (multiple orgasms) but yet I still experienced Premature ejaculation. I knew that my problem lied somewhere else)
When we were kids, we were taught to control our bladders. It is a reflex in our bodies to urinate and poop, but we were taught early on to control that reflex. Now, ejaculation is a reflex that is part of our nervous system. Search the words "ejaculatory reflex" and/or "ejaculatory reflex arc" and you shall find some information (though there is not much research on it, but it is there, and I invite you to look it up to have an idea of what I just said). Nobody taught us to control this certain reflex, of course, though.
Basically I learned that that need to ejaculate, that feeling of PONR coming on will always be there. I'm talking about that certain point where every man knows he is about to ejaculate in like 10 seconds or so, not necessarily PONR itself. It is this timeframe, also known as the "plateau" stage, that is what the ejaculatory reflex is all about. This reflex will always be there, and you cannot necessairly make it go away, but instead suppress it, make it hidden, if you will.
You have to really keep this in mind, that the goal is not to make this feeling go away, but instead learn to control this reflex, to suppress it, and soon you will find that while suppressing this feeling, that is what actually makes sex/masturbation feel good.
Keeping all this in mind, I finally learned to practice the stop and go method the correct way. Five days ago I tried. I really kept in mind to focus more on that "plateau" moment that I was talking about, and trying suppress the PONR from the very beginning of that moment instead of right before PONR itself. Of course my need to cum came really quick, but instead of stopping everytime RIGHT before PONR, like I would use to in the past, at the very beginning of that plateau moment, the moment where I know I'm gonna cum soon in around 10 seconds, at the very beginning of that feeling I told tell myself "Nope" and I would stop. I would keep my hand on my pc/bc muscle to feel it deflate (stop flexing) and then I would repeat this process over and over again, telling myself "Nope" everytime. It is very important to stop at this certain moment, instead of RIGHT before PONR, and I never understood this concept. After a while, I found myself jacking off without stopping, and that was when I was like "Hell yeah", and finally understood what had just happened.
Eventually PONR came and I just stopped it with a Dry Orgasm. This is the cool part though. The next day I put this concept into practice again, and from the first shot, I was stroking non stop. I tested myself further and watched some porno, and I stroked for a little while longer, but the porno eventually made me lose control of staying within the "plateau".
The next three days I did better. I'm not saying I'm an expert now, but this is definitely the key to suppressing your premature ejaculation. With more practice, I'm sure I will ger better by ten fold. I mean in just one sudden day I lasted a lot longer.
On one side we have people saying, "No! The cause is all physical", and the other saying, "No! It's all mental!". But what does that really implicate? Instead, I've found out, at least in my case, that it is technically both, not necessarily within the pelvic floor muscles nor within the mind itself, but really within the nervous system, which is a vast system including all parts of your body. You use your mind to control your movements, but in reality what that really means is that you are controlling your nerves and reflexes.
My main point is to focus more on that feeling you get when you know you will cum in about 10 seconds or 5 or whatever, and to stop at the very beginning of that when practicing the stop and go method, instead of stopping right before the PONR. It is about suppressing that feeling, and remember that it will really never go away, but you can keep it suppressed, and trust me, it feels very pleasurable, and that is the point of having sex/masturbation.
I know this was very broad and not very detailed, and hopefully you all understood what I was trying to say. I am certain I will increase my stamina by ten fold in no time now.
