I know, but I do not feel that consistent control yet. As an example; my girlfriend has been sick for a couple of weeks and she began to feel better, we had sex again. The first night I blew it really fast, which I actually never do. I think we were just too excited and she was controlling the tempo. However the next night I had very good control, so I guess it is normal.
But I would like to have good control in every situations, and I would also like to be able to thrust faster and deeper for a longer duration. One thing that is my ultimate goal is, if I could fuck her until she gets orgasms during thrusting alone, i.e. using no fingers at all while fucking her.
The most important step is definitely edging, edging for an hour being able to relax. I edge with a tighter grip than I was used to. First I began on the shaft, then moving to the head. Now it is just mayhem all over. I really like it. I focusing on not getting IKs to this RKs helps, sometimes during edging I hold me breath and press a hard RK to stretch down there, where I am focusing on the front RK.
Maybe not fast for as long as I want, but around 2 minutes. The important thing is to feel when you are about to come and then be able to just slow down, without stopping the thrusting. Since it is completely normal to change tempo during sex. I just slow down and do long and slow deep thrusting for a minute or so before fasten the tempo slowly again. My girlfriend loves that.
Some times I do however feel that I can continue forever, but unfortunately my girlfriends sometimes stops me or changes position.
I do not do hindi squats ON the toilet. I just do it after each toilet visit, so you could also do it in another room afterwards.
I do it just as a habit to relax everything down there, especially after taking a dumpand when I am at work it is then easier just to do it afterwards on the bathroom.

I had something similar happen while edging today. I was actually in utter disbelief as I had just held a reverse kegel while changing positions edging and by the time I was in the next position I was letting out a small stream of precum...enough to completely soak my member and lube me up even more (it was not cum, completely clear and lube like). I can now finally say that I have fixed my long life Pre-E.!!!
I have been 'fixed' for around 3 month now.
I know that I haven't updated too much lately here on the gym, however I did continuing with my training.
As the ones whom have been following my journey in my log know, I have been trying various things, but mostly I was focused on the DeathGrip. I.e. doing it very hard and also focused on the head.
In the beginning I had the idea that I needed to harness the head, I did also wear a glans ring that kept my foreskin retracted to expose the head.
I did this in many different ways and for about a year, I could edge 1 hour, but I couldn't really transfer it to sex. And also I do no longer have the time to edge that much. It was just too much to fit in in a packed schedule.
Then I suddenly realised while I had sex, that I always was able to do it slowly while fingering and rubbing my wife's clitoris. But whenever she got horny and just wanted me to fuck her hard I couldn't for more than 15, 30 or 60 seconds. My main problem was continues thrusting and I noticed that everytime my wife came by me rubbing her clitoris I then finished afterwards by just fucking her hard for 15-30 seconds and that was it.
My wife was satisfied, but I was not that much, I was missing the feeling of power (to be hornest)..
Then one day when I was about to take a shower before work and before my wife got up I saw some 'baby oil' and wented for a wet quickie before work. It was really nice and the most important thing I noticed was that my standard masturbation technique since I was a kid was to just do it at the shaft (I did know that), but also the SPEED was soo important. I just did medium controllable speed and then when I wanted to cume I speeded up and came in seconds.
The SPEED is the key (for me at least). As soon as I increase the speed I beging to thing I need to "Kegel, reverse kegel, relax etc." because I am used to cum at that speed.
Using that observation and being tired of no time to edging sessions lasting 1 hour. And also being tired of pushing reverse kegels all day long (In meeting, when talking to people, while walking) with no progress in bed at all, I just got more tense.
I planned to try the following routine:
1. No normal kegels at all. If you notice when you get horny that you sort of kegel automatically then stop standard kegel. And just stop kegelling. You muscles are probably fine if you have a decent erection. I think many sexterapist just mentioning kegels because they never had Pre-E themselves.
2. Everytime after peeing I do not kegel to get the last urin out, instead I use a finger to push on the pelvic floor / million dollar spot, this triggers the last urin to come out. I then massage gently for 15-30 seconds while trying to relax. (Without forcing it. Just think a slight pushing out of the anus.)
3. Everytime after taking a dumpI stand up afterwards and pee the last drop out, and then does the same as above. (I figured that this got me more relaxed after).
4. I have 15 minutes drive in car to work, so while sitting there I relax, just pushing or actually maybe just mentally thinking that I push my anus out and relax my pelvic floor. (But do not force push at all, I have tried that and it only made me more tense instead of relaxing). You might not feel it helps the first 5 minutes but after 15 minutes, I actually feel I am a bit more relaxed. At least mentally.
4.1 Do the same on the way home.
5. For the rest of the day do not stress your self regarding more reverse kegels, the above is enough. (I have tried more and it didn't help.)
6. The actual edging. In the beginning I did this every day before showering, but now I just do every now and then. Take some baby oil, I like this because it does not get too wet and hence gives a bit more friction and becomes warm. And then just masturbate wild and crazy in a regious speed. Also have a tight/medium grip, but that is not the most important. The most important is the speed. It should be so fast that you after 15 seconds begins to forget to breath and gets tired. Then slow down, but always focus really much on the frenulum while doing so. I try to do it with two hands and sort of thrusting into the hands so that you always has friction on the frenulum. Train it as interval training for running. You will notice that you will become greater to handle the high speed and that the slower pace becomes sooo much easier. Also do the masturbation standing, so that you can make some sort of thrusting movements while you move you hands with high speed. I do this for like 10-15 minutes at the morning and sometimes 30 minutes when I have the time. I do not always cum, but most of the times I do allow my self to cum now. This is because I noticed from my earlier edging sessions, that I never got to a really intense level if I never came. It was like my brain knew that I wouldn't allow my selve to cum, hence I didn't trained for real sex.
7. I tried many fleshlight, but wasn't too impress they are not tight enough. I however tried "Pipedream Extreme Toyz Tight Grip Pussy & Ass Masturbator" and that is really great. I do not use it too often because I hate cleaning before work, but I use it sometimes and put a finger in the other end of it that gives good suction and really intense of frelunum. The down site of this is that the two of them that I have bought does broke after a while. But it can still be used anyway.
8. A bit of the mental focus also, when your girlfriend / wife does not want to have sex, then instead og begging, then just try to say okay well maybe a next week or next week after.They often find it funny, and it helps you to not bee so controlled by your lust. Slowly try to relax instead of the involuntary kegels and you will soon control them.
The above is some easy steps that have help me. I have used the approach in about 3 months and then I began to transfer it to sex. And the last 3 months I have just been fucking my wife really nice.

Good progress report/thread.
I like how he set a specific goal at the beginning. I think that is very important for tracking progress and staying focused.
I also like how he used RK and speed of thrusting to improve. Those were both important for me.

Has anyone worked this speed theory? It makes sense to a degree. You play how you practice and slowly edging with no real challenge doesn’t mean anything.
I’m curious how to go about going as fast as possible, letting the ponr hit, balloon a little, then go back. Wouldn’t that just bring your ponr up? Should we go extremely fast and get to a 7 and then slow it down a little? Thoughts appreciated as I try and work on this.

Hey, I have a few clarifying questions. So basically for this exercise, you masturbate as fast as you can until you get close to the PONR. Once near PONR, you RK and slow down to get your arousal back under control? And then once you get your arousal under control again you speed up again and masturbate until you are close to the PONR? Then you slow down again and repeat?
this sounds very helpful to me but I am a tad confused. Hope my question isn't really obvious.
