I've referred to this many times for reassurance in the past. Not for PE, but for HF and CPPS. And now, most recently for ED. I like the way he explains all these concepts

I suffer from PE and finds the thing he says about that a bit contradictory to what many says here on PEGym.
He mentions to train strength and I believe he then thinks about regular kegels. I my self has trained kegels a lot through the years without good result I can isolate them in all three groups. I can definitely feel when they begin to get tense, and from there I only have the choice of stopping the stimulation, kegel and wait. He does mentions massage of pelvic floor however.
The advice here on PEGym about reverse kegels is what seems to make better results for me. I have been doing them for about 3 months now and I believe they give me a better feeling of what is going on down there while having sex.
Also I found it sad that they never mention reverse kegels. They just say kegel and then 'relax', but this results in that all the exercises is about regular kegels and many forget to relax. Or for us PEs we do not even know how to relax. The reverse kegel concept makes it easier to train as an actual muscle in exercise, even though it is a series of other muscles helping to relax the pelvic floor, but that doesn't matter.

Well yes .
I do not regard this link as all encompassing but I think it has some things to say that are of value .
This forum has a variety of different views and so in a sense contradicts itself . Sometimes I have taught others and sometimes others have taught me and I saw a new piece of the puzzle or changed my view on something . Other times I have just been content to see a variety of views onsite .
