    That's it. I'm tired of being a 1-second man with women because I've always rushed the masturbation. I feel embarrased because of that, so I want to "reset" my brain and start again.

    I've quit porn for a week, I've seen some improvements with my erection(I've also had some troubles to get an erection with a woman)

    To do it, I'm going to edge for about 45 minutes - 1 hour everyday, but ejaculation will be forbidden for a month.

    During that month, I won't have sex either.

    So, this would be my routine during a day(I've started today) :

    200 RK - 100 normal Kegels
    10 minutes penis stretch
    10 minutes tennis massage ball
    10 minutes jelqing
    45 minutes - 1 hour edging with my STU without ejaculation.

    I'd like also if you could tell me an exercise to make my penis have a better, stronger and harder erection.

    I think you're crazy. 1 month?

    Edge and ride the wave. Ejaculate at least once a week, because if you're edging multiple days a week without ejac, you're gonna end up in a padded room.

    Oftenly make that one eyed snake vomit.

      I've done it a few times...mostly 2 or 3 weeks...rewarding and I believe it has really helped my PE journey.
      Started: 7 x 5
      Current: 8 inches x 6.25 inches (whole shaft)

        Hey there, yes, 1 month. I also think it's a long time, but I really prefer to try with a drastic method which I know I'm able to beat.

        What are your thoughs about the results? That's all that matters for me. Do you think I would be able to get a better result by not ejaculating in 1 month or ejaculating 1 time per week?

          Donno...I'm thinking you'll be less likely to be incarcerated for a sex crime if you let your snake barf once a week, plus it's healthier for your prostate. A little LOVE and forgiveness for your unit will make your balls happier and you'll be a LOT more likely to get along with your "friends"...just sayin'...

            I tried for 4 months one time. I promised I wouldn't ejaculate. Well, my body decided otherwise and I just blew my load while sleeping roughly once every 3-4 weeks. Good luck. After awhile, your relationship with your sexuality starts to shift, though I'm not sure if you will experience that if you are edging.

            Hope it's a rewarding experience. I used to be pretty brief in bed, and now I can last way longer than I suspect most people last (15-45 minutes, depending on the night). It can be done.

                I edge 5 times a week. But I have a pact with myself that I will only ejaculate cum through intercourse and only after my wife has had 10 orgasms.
                Usually she will have two per session. But we often have periods where we only get one session in per week.
                So I often go a month or more between "releases".
                All part of my attempts at karezza.
                The benefits are that I am always ready to throw down, my wife is satisfied and I have lots of energy. Not bad for a guy pushing the big 5 O.

                  I think you should do it.If you like it, at the end of the month, you can consider doing it for another two-three months.Check yourbrainonporn.And don`t worry about your prostate, it will be fine.

                    Have you done it for 4 months, but you didn't edge during these 4 months?

                        But if edging is an exercise which helps to beat Premature Ejaculation, it should be better if I train my brain by not ejaculating and train my penis by edging to get used to the feeling?

                            Edging coupled with a good 60:40 K:RK routine, Hindi squats & yoga poses (dog/cat) will build your stamina and help train your brain & body to interpret the IK's building; RK to stop them and allow you to continue edging. Over time with practice, your pre-E will improve and eventually disappear.

                              The downside to all that edging for months on end and no release, might be extreme insanity due to horniness (at least it would be for me); so be prepared to "hold out" as long as you can, but forgive yourself when/if you just HAVE TO GET YOUR ROCKS OFF! Keeping a healthy mental balance is just as important (if not MORE SO) than training yourself, IMO.
