I'm starting my own Progress Log on PEGym :-).
After a successful AP90, I'm now preparing for the JP90 program.
Next is to carefully study the JP90 techniques.
I will probably start when I return from my planned vacation, that would be after the first half of August. No use starting it now and have to take a couple of weeks' break in the middle.

My goals in order of preference:
- Get rid of PE - the Premature kind, not the Enhancement kind.
- Get rid of ED, it was pretty bad for a while, now occasionally on Cialis and occasionally without. I'd say I'm halfway, with ups and downs. My ED is fortunately between the ears, not between the legs.
- Better EQ. When ED was temporarily out of the window, the EQ was only 60%. This has been for the last year or two, now after AP90 EQ is on average about 80%, sometimes up to 95% or more. Just not often enough.
- Some growth would be welcome, lengthwise and girthwise. PF may have added half an inch orso.
The reward:
- I get to order the LG Hanger when successfully finishing JP90. Hanging is the next step.
My successes up to now:
- Recently finished AP90 in a single run, without much trouble - EQ went way up, which was quite needed.
- I'm using the Phallosan Forte, now 500hrs, on light tension and light pressure. Not sure if there is a lot of growth, but it helps my EQ and morning wood returned. Will measure after 1000hrs.
- I've been Edging, for 2 or 3 weeks, as per instructions on the forum. Seems to work.
My 'failures' - (which don't bother me much, I think I have to try different things to find out what works for me):
- Jelqing, I've found out about jelqing maybe up to 10 years ago. I never got the hang of it, many things were text based those days. I think information and atmosphere on PEGym are great, so I'm convinced I'll get the job done this time around. I will now use lubricant instead of waxy-ish vasaline, that will make a major difference.
- I've got the Jes-Extender, almost 9 years ago. What a torture device that is! Wore it for 3 months, nothing but pain and trouble. Now it sits in a drawer, doing nothing. This is one of the worst investments I made in PE related stuff.
Other tools:
- An assortment of cockrings: nice stuff, I don't use it all the time
- An assortment of ball rings/weights: the WMC work pretty well. I like these a lot, but lowhangers aren't on top of my list atm. Will return to those after hanging etc, or just have them on for fun or when I feel like it.
- I've got a good airpump, the QS-7. Pumping this way takes more time and opportunity that I have right now. It is old-ish, but it still works well. I guess I will get to use it when my kids go live in a place of their own :-).
- I recently got a Penomet, I think it works, but I got some light bruises from the PF combined with the Penomet. Not sure if Penomet is actually the problem, just need some more time figuring out if/how I can use it well. I think it can be more convenient than the airpump, as it doesn't make much sound and needs less lubrication. But it does lack a pressure indicator, which makes it potentially more dangerous.
- A Fleshlight STU that I don't use much, works well. Just a bit messy, and not convenient enough. My fault really, I still consider the STU to be a good tool.
