    I'm starting my own Progress Log on PEGym :-).

    After a successful AP90, I'm now preparing for the JP90 program.

    Next is to carefully study the JP90 techniques.
    I will probably start when I return from my planned vacation, that would be after the first half of August. No use starting it now and have to take a couple of weeks' break in the middle.

    My goals in order of preference:
    • Get rid of PE - the Premature kind, not the Enhancement kind.
    • Get rid of ED, it was pretty bad for a while, now occasionally on Cialis and occasionally without. I'd say I'm halfway, with ups and downs. My ED is fortunately between the ears, not between the legs.
    • Better EQ. When ED was temporarily out of the window, the EQ was only 60%. This has been for the last year or two, now after AP90 EQ is on average about 80%, sometimes up to 95% or more. Just not often enough.
    • Some growth would be welcome, lengthwise and girthwise. PF may have added half an inch orso.


    The reward:
    • I get to order the LG Hanger when successfully finishing JP90. Hanging is the next step.


    My successes up to now:
    • Recently finished AP90 in a single run, without much trouble - EQ went way up, which was quite needed.
    • I'm using the Phallosan Forte, now 500hrs, on light tension and light pressure. Not sure if there is a lot of growth, but it helps my EQ and morning wood returned. Will measure after 1000hrs.
    • I've been Edging, for 2 or 3 weeks, as per instructions on the forum. Seems to work.


    My 'failures' - (which don't bother me much, I think I have to try different things to find out what works for me):
    • Jelqing, I've found out about jelqing maybe up to 10 years ago. I never got the hang of it, many things were text based those days. I think information and atmosphere on PEGym are great, so I'm convinced I'll get the job done this time around. I will now use lubricant instead of waxy-ish vasaline, that will make a major difference.
    • I've got the Jes-Extender, almost 9 years ago. What a torture device that is! Wore it for 3 months, nothing but pain and trouble. Now it sits in a drawer, doing nothing. This is one of the worst investments I made in PE related stuff.

    Other tools:
    • An assortment of cockrings: nice stuff, I don't use it all the time
    • An assortment of ball rings/weights: the WMC work pretty well. I like these a lot, but lowhangers aren't on top of my list atm. Will return to those after hanging etc, or just have them on for fun or when I feel like it.
    • I've got a good airpump, the QS-7. Pumping this way takes more time and opportunity that I have right now. It is old-ish, but it still works well. I guess I will get to use it when my kids go live in a place of their own :-).
    • I recently got a Penomet, I think it works, but I got some light bruises from the PF combined with the Penomet. Not sure if Penomet is actually the problem, just need some more time figuring out if/how I can use it well. I think it can be more convenient than the airpump, as it doesn't make much sound and needs less lubrication. But it does lack a pressure indicator, which makes it potentially more dangerous.
    • A Fleshlight STU that I don't use much, works well. Just a bit messy, and not convenient enough. My fault really, I still consider the STU to be a good tool.

    Added 8 hours during sleep with PF. Now 510 hrs.
    Also I used a velcro strip to keep the vacuum, don't need it always, but this seems to work quite well. Not sure what happens if I get massive morning wood with the velcro on, but until now, wearing PF only yields 50% morning wood, which is good. When not wearing PF the morning wood is around 100%.

    The idea to use the velcro was on the forum, whilst looking into the LG Hanger, I found out than some hangers use the velcro to tighten the condom. It works like a charm on the PF also.

    I'm using a medium sleeve on a large bell. The bell ends up being just a bit tight after wearing it for hours. Must be the glans slowly expanding because of the vacuum and filling the bell entirely.

    I find the PF very comfortable, although I got a light bruise on the glans corona twice and stopped for a while. Still, that is to be expected, it doesn't discourage me in the least.

    There is a statistical study on PEGym, about wearing the PF for at least 10 to 11 hrs per day. Or 11.25 to be exact to get the best results. I tried that for a while, but those hours are just not very convenient for me. It messed with my mind. On the days I wore it for fewer hours, it made me consider this a session not well spent. After a couple of weeks I decided to toss that statistical information out of the window. It is not a competition, I will to gain at my own tempo. Now I just heed the advice by Phallosan that it should be worn for at least 6 hours per day.

    I am a grower, I turtle rather much. But after wearing PF for a couple of days, my flaccid is wonderful. That alone is worth it's price . Those flaccid gains are not yet permanent. If I stop wearing PF for maybe a week, the effect is almost gone, however, it returns almost in full after 1 or 2 days PF.

      I gathered info on the JP90 program, it seems real easy as in follow the instructions. 17oz of lubricant have been delivered for Jelqing.

      I'm thinking of starting a trial month before I go on vacation. Why wait? I'll be having the opportunity get the hang of JP90. After my vacation, I'll start counting the days from 1, and still finish well before Christmas. Hanging is to be started not before January first.

      Meanwhile I'll read about the LG Hanger. I'll probably not buy the weights from LG, because I live in Europe. I've checked the shipping cost, shipping weights from US to Europe is an extra USD50. Makes little sense to pay this much for mere LBs and isn't very sustainable IMO. Guess I'll have to figure out a way to conveniently add weights, see if I can avoid the otherwise seemingly nice and easy-to-use, but pricey weights from LG.

        I spent a lot of time evaluating my ED. Outcome is that I'm doing ok, actually more than halfway there besting this thing. Maybe even close to resolve in a couple of weeks/months. Mind you, the ED started maybe 2 years ago, getting worse gradually. I started fighting it a year ago.

          Today I did a trial run of the complete JP90 routine. I think it's very good, the instructions are real easy to follow. The videos helped a lot. I'm a fan of the V-Jelqs already, yeah!

          I can see myself doing this for 90 days. My weakspot may be the warming up and cooling down. Having to go downstairs and wait for the microwave to heat my rice sock is not so convenient. Stupid eh? Looks like the lazy part in me is asking for trouble and injury instead of enlargement.

          So I'll enter a trial period to cement the habit of warming up and cooling down otherwise: Nogo for a fullblown JP90 until I get this right.

          The trial run took about 50 minutes. See if I can shave 10 minutes off, and not have to rise that much earlier. Getting up in the morning is a killer already.

          In the afternoon I Edged, didn't get into it at first, but got a good erection after quite a while. It may be related to my PC muscle. If I tighten the PC muscle I get an erection more easily. But then I have to relax it, otherwise I'll have a PE in no time. This may be the pivot of my ED/PE problem, so I'll keep this in mind. The EQ was 100% after that, before just 40-80-ish. The 100% felt real good and reliable (that is: not easy to lapse into ED) and I Edged for 30+ minutes.

          I really like my new lubricant btw. It is PJUR, and I prefer it to ID Glide that I used before. PJUR seems more efficient, need less lubricant to achieve a very smooth stimulation. Also it is easy to rehydrate and doesn't dry up as fast as ID.

          As the evening progresses, I feel the tinge of fatigue. Ah, I welcome you, good omen of growth.

          I started to sleep with the PF on, but after 2 hours, I'm still awake. The fatigue from today's exercise is a nice tinge, but in the PF it is amplified to the point that it is not quite discomfortable, but rather distracting. It keeps me from falling asleep. Well +2 hours on the PF then, and go to sleep without it. In the morning I'll not do another trial run for JP90. Unless I wake up extra early, eager to continue. Timewise, Thursday morning may be an option.

            Slept terribly, only 4 hrs plus a bit, so no JP90 early this morning!

            But I did make some time in the evening , did a cycle in about 40 mins. So this is promising! Did the warming up and cooling down.. I need to pay attention to do the The Wet Jelqs extra slow. Love the V-Jelq and the helicopter.

              Slept terribly again! No way... ! How... Had great morning wood though, better than ever. Firm like a tree, and it stood for real long too. Went to brush my teeth etc, and it stayed around until I got too much distracted by all things morningroutine. Had to wait before I could to pee . Normally, once I get up, the wood fades away pretty quick. What a difference.

              Kind of struggled through the day for lack of sleep. Did the JP90 in the afternoon again. The whole exercise took 45 mins incl Warming Up and Cooling Down. I was slow-counting the Jelqs. Maybe a bit too slow now.

              No hurt, bit tinglish. Love the jelqs now, the lubricant making much difference.

              <Flashback> years ago I tried a jelqing routine, but used waxy vasaline. It didn't work, my skin pulled and was generally uncomforable and tickytack. I trashed jelqing in the dumb business bin. This was in the days that internet didn't have much pictures, modems were slow and made loud and indecent noises. < Back to Now>

              I can see the glans getting real bulbous, filled with blood. But not scary. It's not like I'm going to burst a vein. The nefarious one-eyed-pants-snake is ogling me, looking dangerous.

                This morning I woke rested.
                That was the sign to take the day off from physical PE and do some mental work.

                Some thoughts on porn:
                I finished the AP90, purpose was to stop watching porn forever to fight my ED.
                But then I wanted to Edge to fight my PE. I need to find privacy time in my household to do it. As I am the most earliest riser, the morning is the designated moment. Sometimes I can arrange to work at home early afternoon, and I have an hour maybe two.

                Ok, rise even earlier than normal, Edge, cleanup, hurry off to work. Hmmm. Need some porn to get the wood working, otherwise I lose more time.

                I didn't want to start watching porn really, but I needed to find a middleground for lack of time. A guy must prioritize. I decided Edging was more important than anti-porn, but I didn't want to lose all the gains from AP90.

                So I went for single amateur girl mast video. That way I avoid a couple of things:
                1. The amateur girls aren't your regular porn goddesses, but girl nextdoor types. This wouldn't disfigure my mindset of how an idealized woman should look like. But confirm what is normal.
                2. They are doing things that any woman may do. She is just busying herself. Nothing extreme or nasty. Typically these videos are very low on the over-acting scale of things. This wouldn't distort my mindset of how women behave in bed, or before sex.
                3. No big tools or extravagant poses, which doesn't make me feel inadequate for having an average sized dick, and feed my ED and anxiety.


                I also wanted to restrict myself to just watching and Edging, no getting off when watching the videos. That last part proved too difficult, I can't avoid the happy ending yet. But I forgave myself , that is the whole purpose of Edging, right?

                Now and again, I ran into an amateur girl that was more than average pretty, too close to professional grade. Hard to stay away from those, but I try. Obviously too ugly a girl won't get the wood started, but too good looking is not what I want, and I work on skipping those.

                Next to Edging, I am freewheeling on JP90 to get to know the program. To get the required 70% hardon fast, I use the same videos. What a sacrifice, and all this for a larger, thicker and healthier cock. Imagine the suffering having to watch the same stuff over and over again !

                I will rejoin AP90 when I finish Edging and JP90, or any time before that, once I find that I don't need the visual stimulation any more. And I will do it again in one single strike.

                  Today I did the JP90 routine. Wasn't feeling all to well, got a cold.
                  70% hardon wouldn't show up even with the softy videos, so i jelqed flaccid-ish. Probably not as effective, but I had a massive flaccid afterwards. I'm not willing to step up to more hardcore porn yet, will wait and see if the cold is gone, or the mood gets better.

                  I know jelqing with a 100% erection is a way to get injured. Flaccid must be ok-ish.

                  Edit: found some info on the forum. Appearently 15-30% erect is the minimum. I may have been 20%, whoever knows? I guess I'll find out more as I progress and get to know the different step of erectness. Will pay a bit more attention to this. For now: I felt good movement of blood, the glans got bloodflow.

                  Warmup and Cooling down was respected. Now 4 times without any doubt of skipping. That is encouraging.

                  Will probably do the JP90 again tomorrow, then rest on Sunday, that would finish my first full week.

                    No JP90 today, didn't get to it, well too bad, maybe tomorrow, however unlikely to find time on Sundays. I have a busy weekend, but the lesson learned may be: 5 days on = weekdays, 2 days off = weekends.

                    It is ok, I'm still freewheeling.

                    Thought up an idea to support my friend Mr Popo on his AP90 quest. Funny how this forum works. For all I know this Mr Popo lives a continent away. How cool is it to support someone to get rid of porn. Awesome is the internet age!

                      I found some time to do the JP90 after all. Also I'm getting a bit smarter with the cooling down. After warming up, I put the rice sock in a light plastic bag, so it stays warm enough until the cooldown. The dick is still gooey from the lubricant, but the bag keeps the rice sock clean. I will toss the bag (or rinse it and reuse it a couple of times, we'll see). Before, I cleaned up the mess first, and then reheat the sock. This is faster and potentially better dickwise.

                      The Good: I did the routine without any porn at all. I'll try to keep it that way, and use the softish porn for Edging.

                      I'm on 45 minutes, I don't think I can do it in a shorter period of time.

                      Question now is: how do I combine JP90 with Edging and Phallosan.... I guess Phallosan is the first to drop from the list, because I need the rest.
                      Maybe after I finish JP90 I will keep jelqing, but less intensive and combine it with the ADS. Mind you, I still like the Phallosan, and consider it a good tool. But had I checked JP90 before, I might not have bought it (yet?). Hanging on the other hand, I may have to reconsider. Perhaps jelqing will get me large enough, I haven't set a goal yet, but I don't want to be XL size. I will reconsider my 'award' when finishing the JP90.

                      Anyways, I'll try to fit the PF in, but if I can't than it will just have to wait.

                      I'm on day 3 of running along with MrPopo's AP90, haven't touched my Fruit Juice which is my current 'stake' for the run. I haven't heard from him just yet. We'll see, it is a supportive run, and I hope it helps. Positive vibes for his AP90! Don't give up!

                        Did the JP90 again. No problems, it is becoming a routine now. The rice sock in plastic works like a charm, I do that for Warming Up now as well. That is cleaner in the long run.

                        I've found out that doing the routing in the morning will just not do, it is too early, and my work will suffer. I will do it in the late afternoon, before dinner.

                        I've talked to Mrs. Kakarot about 'a beneficial exercise' for the Dickens, and she is supportive. But not as interested in the details, as in the results. Didn't tell about gains in length and girth, just about the increased bloodflow. Let her find out about that after a couple of months. Mom's the word.

                        I'm on day 4, running along with MrPopo's AP90 steadily. My body is going into some kind of sugar withdrawal, as I withhold between 300KCal and 500KCal per day, cold turkey. It smarts a bit, but I can handle it. I've lost 1Lb already. It is health all around here.

                          Did JP90, again without visual support. It got pretty intense, I feel the fatigue more than before. Gotta love those V-jelqs. My flaccid is awesome! Hanging low and fat as an eel. But I'm not going to measure yet, that would be pathetic. I mean, only 9 days into a trial run. Perhaps just before I go on vacation.

                          My BPEL may have shortened 1/8", but certainly feels more girthy. During the night I woke and Edged for half an hour before going back to sleep. Started without videos, and kept that up for 20 minutes.

                          Day 5. Going strong here. Sugar withdrawal pain is stable, maybe bit lower than yesterday.

                            Everything went fine again today. I think I should set a goal as I feel I'm growing. Maybe even growing pretty fast. My flaccid has got quite the bit longer, well unless it is turtling, but that happens less often.

                            I feel this stuff has an addictive element, so that you'll want to keep growing, not unlike body building. I'm sure I don't want to end up too big. I like to push to the hilt. So I set my goal now before I get used to the new length.

                            BPEL goal = 7", or 7.5" at max. Of course, maybe I will not gain this much.

                            I'm getting more and more curious to measure, but I don't want to feel disappointed right now if there is no or very little gain. I will withhold for 3 weeks, and measure before I go on vacation.

                            Day 6. Going ok. Sugar withdrawal pain is just about gone. Only need to suppress the craving in my head, which is getting less.

                              Could't do JP90 today, was out from 0600 until 2300. Well let's call it a rest day. Will catch up.

                              Day 7. No sugar withdrawal, I think it's gone. Feeling good and no cravings. I do have a bottle Fruit Juice cold and on standby, it is there for the taking. That is for building willpower.
