    Hey ya'll! I will be using this forum to document my progress.

    Started (4/21/16): BPEL- 6" EG - 5.5"
    Current (7/5/16): BPEL - 6.5" EG- 5.5"
    Goal: BPEL: 8.5" EG: 6.5"

    I have been
    PE’ing since April of 2016 and thought this forum would be the best place to post my routine and picture updates on my way to my goal for a porn star sized penis.

    Week of 07.11.16: 2 days on and 1 day off but have also been pumping on my off days.
    My routine:
    5 minute warmup
    10 minutes of stretching: forward, up, down, bundled, BTC, and tunica tugs
    140 wet jelqs
    30 minutes of incriminate pumping (10 min 5hg 10 min 6 hg 10 min 7 hg)

    On my off days I have been doing incremental pumping for 30 minutes: (10 min 5hg 10 min 6 hg 10 min 7 hg).
    I am unsure if I want to stick with Incremental pumping or jump into pulse pumping. My priority is length since my girth is already 5.5” but am looking for some added girth too. Any thoughts?

    It seems like you have a very well organized plan good brother! Best of success! stay disciplined and the gains WILL come! focus on each set, concentrate on your growth. The power of our mind makes a difference in the outcome.

    I believe in incremental pumping. I personally can't tell how much difference has a made on me, but I have always pumped. I use the old theory of using a tube slightly bigger than your EG in order to allow expansion to the front promoting length gain.

    So far you're on the right track focusing entirely on length. Girth gains usually come by itself along the road.

      Welcome! Though you signed up awhile ago I haven't seen you posting until now

      Are you increasing the reps/times for all of your exercises regularly? When you're performing pumping, jelqs, or your stamina work are you getting a maximal tissue stretch?

        Yes I did JPs 90 back in 2011 while my GF at the time and I were on a break and as soon as we got back together I stopped up until now So I began with 100 jelqs a day and 5 minutes of stretching in April and have slowly increased as time has gone on. I am not quite sure what you mean by maximal tissue stretch sadly. I get good expansion and can see my inner penis come out during stretches and I always come out nice and plump from the pump with very minimal if any buildup.

          The maximum tissue stretch should be felt mostly in your stamina exercises- especially during your kegels. Stamina work is very often seen as finishhing or even as auxiliary work, but when stamina work is performed immediately after enlargement exercises that tissue stretch you get is going to contribute to growth in a very large way

            Interesting! So throw in 50-100 kegels after a workout?

              No- very strict attention should be paid to your kegels and other stamina work. Unless you're very experienced, you'll start by contracting your PC only as hard as is needed to accomplish the reps- focusing on obtaining maximum tissue stretch by inducing the hardest possible erections.

                        07.19.16-

                        8 minute warm up
                        15 minutes stretching
                        100 wet jelqs
                        30 min incremental pumping (10 min 5 hg, 10 min 6 hg, 10 min 7 hg)
                        kegel for 5 min
                        edging for 8 min

                        It was a good session and I thoroughly enjoyed the edging. I will definitely be incorporating kegels and edging into the end of every workout for my warm down.

                          Did 30 minutes of full package pumping at 3-4 hg and edged for about 10 minutes.

                            So my PIs have been off and on between positive and negative the past week or so. I was looking back and will back off my routine a bit and perform nearly the same workout I did when I saw my biggest growth (from 6.1875” to 6.42 in 17 days. I will follow this routine with some occasional light pumping until I see a stall in length gains.
                            My routine until my next measurement will be as follows:
                            2 on 1 off
                            -5 min heat
                            -2 sets of 30 second stretches of(I am adding a couple extra stretches: up, down, straight,BTC (left, right and straight), tunica tug, mandingo stretch, DLD blasters, back and forth stretches, and JAI stretches. Should be roughly 12 minutes of stretching
                            -110 wet jelqs (FYI I count both hands as 1 jelq so for some of you this would be 220 jelqs). I had been doing 140 (280) wet jelqs for the past week or 2.
                            -Kegels and Edging and warmdown (also a new addition)

                              07.21.16-

                              -10 minutes heat pad
                              -Stretches - 2 x 30 sec: straight, up down, BTC (middle, left, right), and Tunica Tugs. Did 1 set of DLD Blasters (100 kegels while stretched and thirty 5 second kegels with reverse kegel). One 30 sec Mandingo Stretch. 25 BTC cranks with left hand and 25 BTC cranks with right hand. 1 set of 50 straight down side to side pulls and 1 set of 50 straight down side to side pulls. At the end, did 25 helicopter shakes and 25 thigh slaps each thigh and 25 stomach slaps. My penis was hanging significantly lower than usual after this stretching routine.
                              -3 minutes heat pad
                              -Wet Jelqs (ky jelly) - 120 jelqs with left hand, 120 jelqs with right hand
                              -1 set of erect pumping with head pad - 20 minutes x 5hg.
                              - Edging for 3 minutes
                              -1 set of erect pumping with heat pad - 15 minutes x 5 hg

                              Penis was super long and plump after pumping with no edema.

                              Woke up with the most unreal, nearly painful morning wood at 2:30 AM which means I am doing something right! I see myself sticking with routine for now.
