    Hey all, I've been wanting to do PE for a while now. At 5'9 and 19 years old (and asian), I don't think that my penis will grow much larger naturally, and I want my dick to be bigger when school starts again. I'm not sure whether I should start off just jelqing 10-20 minutes a day Monday-Friday or trying a routine like JP90. Are these goals unrealistic?

    Starting stats (July 2016):
    6' BPEL
    4.25' MEG

    Short-term goal (1 month):
    6.5' BPEL
    5' MEG

    Long-term goal:
    7' BPEL
    5.5' MEG

    Day 3: Yesterday was a rest day for me, as I had a midterm at night and hadn't started studying yet. Finished a JP 90 session this morning and am going to gym to lift tonight. I think I'm going to do the 2 on, 1 off schedule as that would be easiest on my schedule.

      Day 8: Jelqed both last night and this morning. Found it much easier to do the warm up and warm down stretches in the shower before heading back to the room to jelq and v-stretch. I think I'm starting to see some girth gains but it may just be an increase in erection quality.

        Day 10: still finding time in the mornings to jelq. Everything has incorporated itself into my daily routines, and I find it easy to squeeze in a session of jp90 in about an hour every day. EQ has been consistently good this entire week.

          Day 12: Switched to a 3 on/1 off schedule. I know it's bad to not be consistent with working out, but I feel like the 2 days of rest is unnecessary. I've included two pics with my progress so far so that I don't lie to myself about gains. Still haven't found a good way to measure girth, except with a piece of string and ruler lol.

            Day 13: Little unsure whether or not my erection level is good for jelqing. I started off this session with porn to get to 100% erection and then let it drop down to around 70-80% for jelqing. My penis at the end of today's session looked thicker than it did before.

              Day 14: JP 90 + 15 minutes edging before warmdown. Length at 6.5'' at end of edging, but girth still at 4.25''. Maybe I need to fix my v-jelq technique or something.

                  Yeah but I think my initial measurement was before any PE or edging. The edging probably accounted for maybe a quarter of an inch.

                    I gained length first when i first started JP90 too. Girth came after i increased my jelqing stroke seconds and ofcourse edging. I edged for 30min because it helped my EQ. Going over 30min really didn't do much for me.

                        Did you edge after or before PE? And how long did you take to complete a jelq stroke when you started making girth gains?

                          I was at about 3-5 seconds when i started making girth gains. They came at the last two months of JP90 though(.25 then another .25). I edge for 30min after my pe sessions then i warmdown.

                            Day 17: Average PE session. Almost a horrible mistake at work today, when I opened the file uploader in chrome and my penis pictures flashed for a few milliseconds before I switched it away during a presentation to another coworker. Really a very embarrassing moment for me, and one I hope will not affect their perceptions of me.

                              Day 20: Took 2 rest days because I had a bunch of negative PIs. Will start 3 on 1 off again today.
