    I am BvckWood, i am 19 years old and this is going to be my log while i am striving on achieving an 8"x6" member.
    Shout out to Looking4More as i am using his current routine to achieve my goal. I am hoping to reach it within 6 months time.

    Current Size: 7.25"x5.5" Goal: 8"x6" (.75"x.5") increase
    If i reach my goal before the 6 months i will continue past so i can cement my gains.


    Tomorrow starts my journey of achieving my size
    My/Looking4More's routine is as followed.
    Seven sets of 50 wet jelqs
    Girth work in between sets
    • JP90 stretches done every PE session
    • Every other day will involve girth work ULI's/Squeezes in between jelqing sets.
    • Jelqing done for 3 seconds per stroke and will increase over time. (2 hands= 1 rep)

    • Edging after every PE session for 30min

    ​I am currently running this program 2on/1off and will increase days later on.
    I have been previously been doing 1 second strokes and will be increasing strokes by 1 second. My On/Off days will depend if i have positive PI's after increasing intensity.

    I started performing my squeezes behind my circumcision scar because my penis is very sensitive. I nearly ejaculate when i am at my last squeeze set. I even get better expansion performing them that way.
    Towards my last few sets of jelqs my penis started becoming very exhausted, similar to when i was performing the JP90 routine. I still had great gains at the time, hopefully i will gain the same. During my jelqs i had terrible "blue balls" and my workout became unbearable but i had to suck it up and finish the workout. Depending on what my PI's are tomorrow will determine how many days i am On/Off.

      Session went great today. Towards the last few sets i had to think of some erotic thoughts because my member was starting to feel exhausted, which caused a lack of bloodflow. Tomorrow is my OFF day and instead of edging on that day as well, i will simply rest.

        Edged for 5 min and ejaculated. I shouldn't have tried to even bother touching my member. Since tomorrow is my rest day my EQ will be ready for my next workout.

            Keep having blue balls during my jelqing sessions. Today i tried my girth work in the 75%-90% range and i didn't get more expansion than when i performed it at 100%. I felt like today's routine was a waste because i didn't do the best i could. I'm honestly not sure what i should be aiming for when it comes to these girth exercises. I'm going to continue doing my girth work in the 100% range.
            Ill be incorporating vjelqs into my routine because i feel that helped me gain when i was running the JP90 routine. I will be doing vjelqs every other set.

              Today was a great session. I find that doing vjelqs keep me from having blue balls during my jelqing. I also notice that while jelqs hit my top and bottom, vjelqs fit in by hitting the side well. I will continue alternating vjelqs within my routine. My next girth session i will be doing the girth work at 100% EL and include vjelqs into the mix.

                  Today was another great session. I started getting Squeezes down and am beginning to feel sore after my workouts for the first time. I squeeze behind my circumcision scar and while i squeeze, my fingers eventually ends up behind the glans. It also gives my shaft skin a stretch. Ater adding vjelqs i am noticing more expansion and my member is starting to feel heavier when erect and flaccid. My glans are also looking larger, but i have a baseball shape member anyways...

                    I noticed i wasn't at a 10 EQ today which means i wasn't fully recovered from yesterdays workout. That's fine since today was a relatively light day.

                          Pretty good session today. Towards the end of my workout my member started feeling exhaustion again. After my 3rd week(Day 21) i will add an extra set of Vjelqs and Squeeze. After my 6th week(Day 42) i will add an extra day.

                            Edged for 5min because i had an erection. I stopped because i knew i shouldn't be touching my member after my session. My member turtled after that little edge session.
