Ok, I have completed one month of JP90 and it's time to start a log to track results of my log . I would have to say I'm an early believer in the JP90, and glad I read a lot before starting. I'm also glad I'm holding off on incorporating a device. I think I will benefit more from the device once I do start using it.
So here are my updated stats:
BPFSL - 7.25"
NPBFSL - 6.5"
MSFG - 4.6"
NBPFL - 4.75"
MSEG - 5.5"
BPEL - 6.75"
NBPEL 5" 7/8
It seems my gains so far are pretty consistent around .25", which seems good for after 1 month. From what I've read I would mostly attribute the gains to my dick not being as "lazy" and improved EQ. I will probably measure myself again later today to verify the measurements before I do my JP90 workout for the day. Today's measurements are after a 2 day rest.
One bonus so far from doing PE is when having sex this past weekend I was able to thrust longer without pausing. Usually I have to pause a few times during sex to prevent myself from cumming.
