    Ok, I have completed one month of JP90 and it's time to start a log to track results of my log . I would have to say I'm an early believer in the JP90, and glad I read a lot before starting. I'm also glad I'm holding off on incorporating a device. I think I will benefit more from the device once I do start using it.

    So here are my updated stats:
    BPFSL - 7.25"
    NPBFSL - 6.5"
    MSFG - 4.6"
    NBPFL - 4.75"
    MSEG - 5.5"
    BPEL - 6.75"
    NBPEL 5" 7/8

    It seems my gains so far are pretty consistent around .25", which seems good for after 1 month. From what I've read I would mostly attribute the gains to my dick not being as "lazy" and improved EQ. I will probably measure myself again later today to verify the measurements before I do my JP90 workout for the day. Today's measurements are after a 2 day rest.

    One bonus so far from doing PE is when having sex this past weekend I was able to thrust longer without pausing. Usually I have to pause a few times during sex to prevent myself from cumming.

    Excited to start week 6 of JP90! When you start you feel like the journey is long and almost like it will not happen.

    This morning I woke up to the hardest erection in 10 years or more. I've always been able to get morning wood, and having regular sex has never been much of a problem. This morning I was so hard my erect dick was pretty much straight out at 3 o'clock, and it stayed that way for a good 10 minutes as I got ready. What a good feeling.

    It's only been 6 weeks but I say PE and JP90 works!

    No measurements today. I plan to only measure once a month.

      Just finished week 6 of JP90! I increased my routine this week as follows:

      Helicopter shakes
      Right stretch w/ 25 kegels
      Left stretch w/ 25 kegels
      A-Stretch for 30 seconds
      Repeat above 3 more times

      250 Wet Jelqs / 150 V-Jelqs

      200 kegels

      Edge to 1 PONR

      The whole routine takes me about an hour. After the first few days of doing an extra 100 jelqs my dick was tender, but there was no pain. Today it is slightly tender, but much less tender after the first few days.

      I think I might go back to 150 Wet Jelqs / 100 V-Jelqs next week, and then go back up again the week after.

      I'm enjoying the journey! Not always easy to find the time each day, but I haven't missed a day in the 5 days on 2 days off routine.

          Today is the start of week 7. Got my JP90 workout in for today. Reduced to 160 wet jelqs from the 250 per day I did last week.

          After almost 2 months JP90 I'm not quite a newbie anymore.

            I just completed week 7 and ready for my 2 rest days. Hard to believe I'm almost to 60 days of JP90! I reduced my daily jelqs to 200 Wet Jelqs / 125 V-Jelgs and maintained the rest of the routine.

              This entry is for yesterday 8/27. Yesterday morning I woke up with the most intense erection. My dick was actually very sore with a lot of discomfort. My erection lasted a good 30 minutes or more as I lay in bed. Per feedback it is possibly a sign of good PI of growing pains. I really didn't enjoy it, but it will be a good note of progress if it happens again.

                Today is the start of week 8. I did the full routine above, but only did 160 Wet Jelqs. If I have time I may try to do another 40-80 Wet Jelqs.

                Looking forward to to doing my 60 day measurements next Monday!

                  Finished week 8 of JP90 today. I varied my routine a little by doing 240 jelq reps on day and 200 the next. I didn't get my normal 5 days on 2 days off this week as I didn't have time on Tuesday to do JP90, so I got a light workout in today to get my 5th day in.

                  Can't wait to measure in the next few days to see how I've progressed!

                    Today is the start of week 9 of JP90. Starting to feel like my dick is getting well conditioned, because the stretching part of the routine doesn't feel like it works the muscles up and down the shaft. Perhaps it's time to add more intense stretching exercises.

                    The routine today was same as last week with 200 jelqs.

                    With today being Labor Day and all the activity in the house I didn't get to do my measurement update. Hopefully tomorrow.

                      Well I finally did my 60 day measurements and have some small gains.

                      BPFSL 7.5"
                      NBPFSL 6.25"
                      MSFG 5"
                      NBPFL 4.8"
                      MSEG 5.5"

                      BPEL 6.75"
                      NBPEL 6.0"

                      Some of the measurements didn't change, but most of them did. It's a little challenge to measure when erect as I have a curve and I use a straight ruler. The curve is getting better and probably has reduced by 15%-20%.

                      When edging I noticed the trunk of my dick looking really bigger in girth, so I measured there for the first time. My BSEG is 6.3". I measured the MSEG and it was the same as my starting MSEG. So I measured an inch before the glans me I measured at 5.75". So my girth is growing, but at the point of the curve it's not.

                        This week I replaced A-Stretches with Bundled Stretches. The A-Stretches didn't feel like they were doing anything for me, but I can really feel the tension, pull and stretching with the Bundled Stretching.

                          Well this was kind of a frustrating week of PE. Only was able to workout 4 days and 2 of the days it was a half workout. Crazy busy schedule and life got in the way. I'm sure it happens to other guys, but I hate not getting the full JP90 workouts in 5 days a week.

                            Yesterday I started week 10 of JP90 with a good hour long workout! Got 250 jelqs, 150 V-jelqs, 4 sets of Bundled Stretches, Flaccid Bends, and all parts of the JP90 workout in. I actually worked up a sweat!

                            Looking forward to my 90 day measurements in 3 weeks!

                              Had a really good week of PE this week. Got a solid 5 day workout in doing 250 jelqs / 150 V-jelqs in, except 1 day I only did 200 jelqs with the rest of the routine. I can really feel the stretching / expanding after 10 weeks of JP90.

                              Only 2 more weeks to go to finish JP90 and check my 3 month gains!
