    Hey all, I've been doing PE for a while now, although have been flirting/playing with the idea for a few years - now I have decided to be serious about it. 35yo, 1.80m, 75kg, slim/athletic, caucasian

    I'm currently just Jelqing
    10-15 minutes a day Monday-Friday

    Starting stats (Aug 2016):
    6' NBPEL
    5' MEG

    Short-term goal (3 months):
    6.5' NBPEL
    5.5' MEG

    Long-term goal:
    7' NBPEL
    6' MEG

      I will probably be starting the JP90 routine, next week, as this seems to be the general recommendation. This week I've been doing 15 mins of jelqing, some kegels at work (office) 15-20 mins - not very consistent though, plus some edging 5-10 mins. As you can see there is a lot of the word "some" in my routine, meaning I need to get some discipline and get into the right mindset - I think this is the difficult part

      Some other general thoughts:
      - most of the members seem to focus on the BPEL size. I am more obsessed witht NBPEL size - might be because of porn and the unrealistic expectations set up by the industry. I want it to look big and impress at first sight (not a very healthy thing, but it's there, inthe back of my mind). I agree that when having sex, the whole "NBPEL" size goes in (if you enjoy going "ball's deep", which I do), but I want to benefit from the confident boost of having a "easily recognizable" big dick - call me crazy
      - I am also very focused on enhancing the EQ, think has a major impact on the overall confidence level and artistic performance. It's totally different a 6' at 100%, vs. the same 6' at 75%
      - not very sure about including supplements such as arginine. I know these are natural, no (major) side effects even at high doses, but I just don't want to rely on it. Already too many addictions
      - I have neglected over the years the core and pelvic muscles, although I usually do sports, gym etc. This I will include in my routine at some point
      - as some other member mentioned, it feels pretty good to be able to post this thoughts here and be part of this community

        I think that to better follow your length progress you should mesure your BPEL (not NBPEL) with a hard ruler.

          Hi T, thx for having a look at my log.
          I understand the logic behind the hard ruler (ie: more accurate etc). But can you please explain the logic behind the NBPEL/BPEL advice?

            Average week this one

            - did only 3 jelqing sessions this week, as I had some guests (usually do these sessions during the evening). good pumping, good after-jelqing feeling.
            - have also started this week with the bathmate, same 3 sessions. will be including this during each shower. overall good feeling on my girth (although while using it I am hypnotized by the length info)
            - a few thoughts: both jelqing and the bathmate seem to work on the girth area. Thing is that I am really obsessed about my length (not that I wouldn't like to be thicker) and slightly terrifier by the idea of hanging etc.

              Hi, I have some question about the jelqing. How u keep ur erection level while u doing jelqing. Because whenever i do it like 10 reps, my dick turns soft but the length still there ( shorter abit than erect). What u suggest?

                another week, totals below:

                general stretching before every workout
                4 jelqing sessions (15 min each)
                4 bathmate sessions (15 min each)
                3 edging sessions (5 min each)

                overal good post workout feeling, pumped feeling, slightly better eqs (no increase in length and girth, but overall bigger d feeling [lol] from the better eqs)

                  I don't worry about it, just try to get a good stretch with every jelq, most of the time i am around 25-30% eq, which i find optimum. I do it without porn. I am not doing the AP challenge, it's just more convenient to do it in the bathroom before or after taking a shower

                  but indeed, can get kind of boring. just keep going and focus on the correct execution

                      Hi curiousswingers, sorry I hadn't seen your question.

                      Most people will tell you (and I agree with them), that BPEL is more accurate to follow gains ; that's because the fat pad can vary even on skinny people, also when you mesure NBPEL you sometimes press a little of the skin even if you don't want to, or you don't even tuch the skin with the ruler, this adds up and can lead to measurement differences which have nothing to do with a modification of size but rather with a different way to measure.

                      All this makes it a less accurate way of measuring compared to BPEL. Put another way : it's easier to always mesure the same way with BPEL, which allows to better follow gains.

                      (This doesn't mean you shouldn't mesure NBPEL if you wish)

                          a few thoughts:
                          - nothing on the length size, however girth feels good / better (probably better eqs)
                          - i am uncut and I am quite worried about the foreskin extension: have the feeling that as a result of jelqing, the skin is being extended (and i don't like it at all - any tips on how to avoid this?)
                          - from what I've read & experienced so far, bathmate and jelqing work for girth, while hanging seems to be (really) the only one that works for length. and i am not comfortable with hanging, so slightly worried about my length objectives...

                            random thougths:

                            - doesn't PE actually induce a double shot of anxiety for the sex act: 1) via frustration, as progress is very slow/actually marginal for some of the forum members, even after years of training; 2) anxiety of wanting to have sex after the PE session or a good series, so that you are "at peak"
                            - consequently, isn't then PE the new "porn" in terms of anxiety issues, for all of us?

                              No. The more you love your dick, the better it will serve you and partner(s).
