    I've been lurking for a while now just reading up on threads, different exercises, progress logs, etc. So I finally thought to myself why the hell not try it PE? Can't hurt to try right? Some people say no gains others have different type of gains. Well today is 8/29/2016 Monday and I will start my own program. I won't be following anything other then doing proper exercises but I will list what I am attempting to do below and adjust accordingly.

    Stats

    NBPEL - 5.1 ish (I don't think ive ever had a raging 10/10 EQ hoping to change that)
    EG - 4.5 (" ")

    Goals

    NBPEL - 6
    EG - 5

    I have decided to do the following for a startup 100 jelqs at 50-70% erection M - F weekends off. Minor stretching throughout the day whenever I have time. The stretching will always be random whenever I get time ill pull it down there but the jelqing will be done every morning when I shower. I do not plan on measuring really often and will try to measure only once a month.

    If anyone has any input they would like to add im all ears. Hopefully I can stay consistent and at the very least improve my EQ.

    WELCOME, KMK! You're off on the correct path. Starting a progress log is a good first move to keep you motivated, record your daily exercises and get feedback from other members. Just MAKE SURE you monitor your PI's & PE SAFELY! Glad you joined us!

      So yesterday I did 100 wet jelq before bed and manual stretching throughout the day. For stretching I just grabbed my penis flaccid and slightly pulled it out and held it like that for 10-15 minutes at a time. Today I woke up and did 100 jelqs and will do stretching throughout the day. Im having a slight problem jelqing though as I don't necessarily feel the blood moving...

        I think the stretching appears to be working, no erect gains but flaccid it seems to hang looser. Also as of today I am going to stop fap (also only going to use soft porn for PE)

          Ive been jelqing dry and wet throughout the day with morning session that was 100 jelqs (3 more 50 jelq sessions after that) and ive stretched for at least 2 hours today manually. I think I am already seeing results, as stated my EQ has never been good but today I noticed an improvement so I decided to measure. I got up to 5 3/8 NBPEL up from being 5.1 just yesterday after 2 days of jelqing and stretching. I believe the gains are solely from EQ because my boner felt much more solid. So I fapped (lol said today was stop fap just to test... I guess tomorrow I can start...) to test the gains and getting another boner that also managed to peak at 5 3/8 NBPEL. I think these gains are SOLELY due to having poor EQ prior to jelq/stretch and that the jelqing/stretching so far has definetly improved my bloodflow in the penor haha.

              100 yesterday, stretching as always every day manually throughout the day. Dont think ive gained anything flaccid but it appears that I did since it hangs better.

                took the weekend off (still did minor stretching though not as much as daily) and I have been doing PE throughout the week (stretching and 100-150 jelqs a day). I have noticed gains for sure so far as when I measured a peak boner it was at 5.6 inches (though depending on boner duration it would go down during it lol). flaccid hang has improved aswell.

                  Those newbie gains from better EQ are always first, and encouraging, too! You'll notice a heavier flaccid hang all day, stroger random erections (normally), and with persistence in your exercises, you'll likely experience some internal "itching" in your shaft, just below your glans in a few weeks. <<<THAT'S a VERY GOOD SIGN you're using the correct grip & intensity to deform your tinica & fascia causing cellular division, which results in growth! Keep on TUGGIN"!

                    Still stretching / jelqing weekly with weekends off, haven't noticed any improvement recently but will continue. NBPEL is still 5.6.

                      So ive been slacking on jelqing. random days I don't do it and sometimes I do a small amount of them. Stretching has been really consistent and there is definite growth in length compared to when I started. I don't know the exact measurement but its easily over 5.5/5.6 inches so I think its right around 5.7-5.75ish on a 10/10 EQ. Not much change in girth.
