Felt off tonight, but EQ was good. I'm enjoying this routine more than my previous, Squeezes are more intense and less time consuming that the large amount of jelqs I was doing so it's less intimidating to start a session.Start

Found the perfect squeeze grip, monster expansion tonight. Will probably do tomorrow on, rest Thursday, and add more stretching to the routine, probably As and Vs.

Day off other than shower stretching, woke up with fairly stiff wood and didn't take much to get it up throughout the day. Doing tomorrow and Saturday on, will possibly add more stretching. Next girth increase will be two DES and another set of side jelqs in the middle to make sure my squeezing is done as plump as possible and blood is worked throughout my shaft. Considering replacing the basic stretch with the double stretch found on ********, but will have to try that out first. I am going to start gripping closer to the base because I think most of my stretching has been targeting the upper part of the shaft as opposed to the lower part.

And while I can't get a good girth measurement, I'm about 1.75" in width and look significantly wider when fully erect while I clock in around 4.9" when I'm coming down and soft enough to bend all directions. Length wise I think I'm crawling around 7.75" fully erect BPEL, but I go down fairly quick from full to maybe 75% so it's hard top be sure. Regardless my size at flaccid and coming down are increasing quite a lot.

Added another set of circle stretches. Timed stretching and girth tonight.

27:45 for stretching

32:29 for girth

Think my counting seconds is off, and girth didn't separate time to get up or go down. Either way an hour of active PE sounds about right. Anyways very intense girth and stretching was intense as well. Trying targeted stretching closer to the base for the first set of basic and it felt really tense but no pain.

Day off other than light stretching and a bit of edging. No bad PIs, though after a sprinting session I noticed I shrunk quite a bit when getting in the shower. Little tired so EQ wasn't the best, but no red flags or inability to get hard.
