Plan to stretch later tonight. Dick has generally looked bigger today alternating between longer and thicker. No negative PIs and everything seems good. The increased girth is tough but feels good and length is solid at the moment.Start

Day off.

Going to light stretch later tonight. Hand is feeling better and will get back on tomorrow. EQ is doing good and at max my dick is looking wide. Will probably transition to clamping around May doing this routine until then. Also going to add V-Jelqs in as my next girth, I know that brings up the total to 3 girth exercises but I think Vs will be a good fit to directly hit width.

Been experimenting with a technique to make the DES even more intense. It's similar to the advanced version of Big Al's Squeeze, I move the hand at my glans up and down creating temporary compression for 10 second intervals within the 1 minute set. Increases intensity, but I got very close to blowing my load before I finished the routine. Otherwise everything is good. I've also modified my stretching technique and am now around 7.75" BPEL, basically for earlier sets I grab closer to the base so the lower part gets a more intense stretch because it had previously been neglected. Doing my measurement on Sunday to update the 2017 challenge.
