About an hour most days*, including time to get up between DES reps, go down for sets of side jelqs, and helicopter shakes between stretches. Active time(only exercises excluding helicopter shakes) clocks in at 19 minutes for stretching, around 22 minutes for girth, and 5 minutes of kegels. Honestly it is pretty intense, but it looks more intimidating than it is because I break up exercises instead of doing them all at once. I just kept adding to stretching and so far it's been working while with girth I moved to a squeeze heavy routine and have seen some results from that. Kegels I do when wrapping up and I see more as a part of warm down than a workout.

*Of course I don't count warming up, which can take anywhere from a hot shower to 30 minutes with a heating pad.Start

Measurement update:

BPEL - 7.75"

MEG - 5.1"

So gaining, EQ is improving but I go down pretty quick. I'd say at about 75% or so I'm hovering around 7.5" BPL and 5" MEG, which is bigger than what I was getting at 4.8" MEG. Need to improve EQ, which means kicking up weight loss more than anything. I had a recent setback with diet but am still moving in the right direction there.

So new plan is to carry on with my current routine and increase gradually, work in a light cardio session everyday, maybe 30 minutes of walking or pedaling, and to cut out bad foods from my diet which is where I've really fallen. Will probably move to clamping in June or July.Start

Congrats on the gains. Being conscious of your diet is a good first step, along with some exercise. Have you thought about lifting weights maybe a few times a week? IMO exercise and PE go hand in hand. Good luck man!

Did girth in the morning after reading some guys say that's optimal. That may be the case, but it won't work with my schedule. Ah well, decent workouts, was really solid at the base so the squeeze wasn't really intense until I started to go down.

Considering taking a week break in a few weeks and starting back up with a similar routine, but attempting Slow Squash Jelqs in place of a few DESs. The SSJ is closest to a compression squeeze if I understand it correctly, and seeing as I'm responding to squeezes it may be a way to up the intensity before I start clamping.

Intense workout.

Week off planned for May 8th to May 14th, Going to be busy then and want to focus on IRL stuff. Will starting building new girth routine for then, length is fine as is and I'm pretty much where I want to be there anyways. Obviously Ulis/DES works for me and side jelqs works for the curve, but I think I either want to add in V-Jelqs to target width or try the Slow Squash Jelq OR Compression Squeeze for more intense girth. Will not attempt clamping until July.
