  • Progressing the progression thread

    I have decided to start a new progress thread, since the old one was quite silent and I couldn't edit my table anymore.
    I am getting quite experienced now and probably I will look for new challenges soon.

    Basically I have a problem of premature ejaculation. More details in my introduction post:

    I am planning to do this workout 3-4 consecutive days, with a resting day in between.

      Observations:

      - Experienced some urine losses
      - Uncontrollable laughter when ejaculating
      - On day 24th I had a quite strong erection in the end of the stop/start exercise, even though I hadn't eaten that much and I was certainly tired at the end of the day. That was quite impressive, reminds me of my teen years.
      I would say that I am not really interested in any time longer than this 35 minutes mark. It also becomes increasingly more difficult to allocate time for such long sessions.

      Lessons learned:

      - Take rest days more often

          By now I am getting closer and closer to one month of exercises. I have to admit that I feel skeptical about whether or not this can help me with premature ejaculation issues or if the problem is more psychological.

              So that's it for my first month.
              I attempted to do the exercise once in the morning. I experienced much less energy and weak feeling in general. I'd say it really depends a lot on whether I have eaten or not, how tired I am in general.
              I am satisfied with the experiment, but I have noticed that it is not trivial to find time or a place to really do this properly. I will rest for some days and maybe continue again to see if I can add some more efficient routine into it.
