So today was the first session of my new journey after taking 2 weeks off! I have decided to give a jelq free routine a blast to see where it can take me! So the routine I'm using consists of:
5min warm up.
1 20second tunica tug
100 side to side stretches
1 20second tunica tug
100 side to side stretches
1 20second tunica tug
10 10 second erect squeeses, massaging inbetween each one ensure good blood flow.
5 min warm down.
1 on, 1 off!
My starting measurements are:
FL: 3.5
FG: 3.9
NBPEL: 5.5
BPEL: 6.0
BEG: 5.4
MEG: 5.0
I'm not sure how often i will be measuring, maybe once a month to see if any progress is being made. I am also trying to cut porn out as i believe it may be contributing to my mild PE.
My first session today was great and my penis responded well to the excersises! He turtled for a minute or so after i had finished however the hot water from the shower soon helped him relax. I will pay close attention to my pi's and keep you all posted. I hope posting regular updates will help me stay motivated and focused as that has been my biggest downfall in the past!
