I decided to start online log instead of paper one in search of advices from experienced pe-rs. At the very beginning I would like to apologies for all mistakes that I am going to do. English is not my native language.
So now maybe short word about me. I live in central Europe, in Poland however currently I am studying abroad. I started my PE journey +/- 5 months ago (counting from 01.10.2016r) only because I was bored at nights and I thought it could be good way to spend time =D. First for one month I was figuring out how jelqs, v-jelqs etc. works so I gained nothing. Then I moved into JP's90 workout routine. I modified it a little bit and was sticking with it for 3 months. During this period I have gained from BPEL 17.8cm to BPEL 19cm (from 7.00 inch to 7.48 inch). My plan looked like 10min Jelq -> 5min V-jelq ->10min Jelq. After that period I was supper happy with what I achieved. I took one week brake and started my own modified workout routine. In this place all problems are starting. For about 40 days I am doing this routine: 10min Jelq -> 5min V-jelq ->10min Jelq -> 5min V-jelq ->10min Jelq. The results that I obtain from it are not exactly what I expected. I toped gaining in length and started to gain in flaccid size. It is now more full and "fat". The vascularization also improved by 200%. I changed also the position in which I am doing workouts. Before I was laying in my bed and now due to some privacy issues I need to do it while standing. I owe also phalossan and hydromax and I am still thinking about adding it to my routine.
From what I was reading before on this forum I think I have tunica issues because my BPFSL is only 0.39 inch smaller than BPEL.
If I would need to say what is my goal... NBPEL 20cm (7.87 inch), now I have 17cm (6.69 inch)
Thats all about introducing my self . I will be posting every day my tranings (and if any) progresses. It would be also super nice if someone can give me any advice on what should I change =D
