    day 3: 7.5 mins of stretching in all directions, about 75 jelqs (hard to maintain erection), 4 solid erect squeezes


    last time i made the mistake of doin 1 day on and 1 day off, im taking the 5 on 2 day off approach this time.

    day 4: rest

    day 5: had a solid workout today
    5 mins of stretching, 150 jelqs and 3 erect squeezes of 30 seconds, my PC muscle feels sore now though wtf

    and i did 3 sets of 50 jelqs due to my EQ being horrible

    earlier idid my measurements with a measuring tape, yday i got a metal ruler to have more precise measurements.

    weirdly enough, my measurements shuffled around 6.5 to 6.7 inches if i put some force behind my erection (dont know how else to put it), otherwise it remained at 6.3 inches. my eq is quite bad, i think i can easily add half an inch just by improving my EQ, what are the best exercises along with reverse kegels to improve EQ quick?
    i have knee issues so hindu squats hurt my knees alot.

    i'm such a fool. been on this forum since 2012 and never done pe consecutively for a month. looking to start soon. i couldve added so much in these 5 years if i had been consistent.

    im definitely going to commit myself this time. having an average sized cock and severe pre-e kills my self confidence

    2.5 mins of stretching front, up, down, left and right (30 secs each)
    75 jelqs (not able to maintain semi-erection post 30ish jelqs).
