    Hey all here,

    Here I will be updating my log of phallosan hours i started on 10/11/16 and any daily updates needed. I'll update this first post with new hour logs so you don't have to search my whole post for progress updates. While my other updates will be throughout the entire post. So stay tuned.

    I'm not sure when I will take measurements again. May see how long I can go before I want to. It will be at least a month but probably longer

    Well today is day 3 and I am two days for two hours into the phallosan and my EQ has already doubled and no purple spots. I am taking tonight off because I dont want to risk falling asleep and reinjuring myself. I do however wear a cock ring when I sleep.

    I am also going to actively purse losing weight. I am healthy but about 60lbs overweight. My dr. Said I am the healthiest fat person she knows. Lol. But none the less, the weight has to go.

    I also plan on waiting a week to take my first measurements so any old gains havethe ability to resurface. It will be interesting to see where I am after a year of no pe.

      Day 4 and im back in the sadle. Pun intended. Im going to wear it until I go to bed tonight. Yesterday was a good EQ day and flaccid day. Today I turtled a bunch. I have not had any sign of my injury reappearing so starting monday I will take my official starting measurements and update the hours and format.

        I'm really happy with those numbers after being away from PE for a whole year. Seams like the gains were permanent.!

        My EQ is definitely up from a week ago. Today starts the big run. I did start an excel worksheet and will upload when I get to my laptop.

        Also going to track my weight-loss here so I have to go buy a scale. I would say I'm 253. I was 283 at the beginning of the year when my scale broke. I've made slight changes that I don't keep track of and know I've lost weight. I can at least see my fat pad meow. Hahaha

          So close to having my post updated just keep getting distracted. I'll have it updated tonight. Scouts honor.

          I have been using the medium bell with small condom. It is tight but it keeps the seal. And it doesn't restrict blood flow. I'm really plump and it's really warm. Sometimes I have a hard time getting back into it. So today I went to the medium bell medium condom after half the day with the medium bell Small condom. I Ave not lost a seal.

          I'm really understanding how this feels and works. For about 3 hours after my 9 hour session yesterday my penis still felt like it was being stretched and stayed in the flaccid state. Also fooled around with the ex and EQ was amazing. Actually had a hard time cumming. Time for a break from Cummings now too.

            I took the phallosan off to go the bathroom and found that some of my foreskin (frenulum side) got sucked up in to the bell and cause a bunch of edema and a small blister. This must be the blisters everyone talks about. I think I'm going to stay in the smaller condom as it really helps compress things. Either that or I'll have to monitor the medium sleeve better. Still wearing the my cock-ring off and on. Also told my ex that we are ex's for a reason and it is time to move on. I also measured right after I took it off, knowing I wasn't going to put it back on because of the edema. It was interesting to say the least.

            Also I feel like my chain is being yanked still and it's been off for an hour and a half. Still feels like my base is being stretched. great feeling

              I've been putting my foreskin in the protector cap. All the extra skin up to my circumcision scar. Seems to help with edema a bit.

              I also used the bath mate for 3 minutes today. Definitely going to end each phallus an session with a few minutes in my bathmate. I felt so hung after 10h50m with the phallosan and 3 minute in my x40

                Everything has been pretty good. I have been wearing it during all activities like yard work and handing a door in my home. If I take breaks every couple hours I notice to not get as much edema, but it is becoming very comfortable. I'm not sure if I will wear it this weekend as I will be at a business conference and won't be able to tend to things whenever I need to.

                I'm going to start working out very soon and can't wait to see my overall results

                  I ended up wearing it out there but took it off before anyone else checked in my room. I did not wear it sat or sun. My flaccid was longer than it has ever been before by its self. Even with a slight turtle it was much larger. Just need to train my balls to stay loose so it will hang down and not point out.

                  Back in it today. Feels great. Now it's just a matter of staying consistent.

                      Just updated my log and using a excel format to keep track of info. Also I started hanging today and have come up with a routine based on the thread "focus your pe and gain", where the OP talks about soft muscle vs tunica being the limiting factor. I may do a rotation of phallosan and hanging for 500 or 1000 hours then switch to phallosan and Bathmate for next 500 or 1000 hours and keep rotating the routine. Well anyways I am happy that I am getting more used to the device and can feel progress.
