    I think I should start a log. Couldn't really bother with pen and paper, so here I go.
    ATM i'm doing a linear type simple routine from thunder'splace

    Starting stats:

    BPEL: 18.5cm
    don't care about girth, but might measure later. MSEG: 14.7 +-0.2cm


    Total time spent: As of January 2017

    Stretching: 310 minutes
    Bundled Stretching: 192 minutes
    Squeezes: 97 minutes
    Jelqing: Uncountable, do them inbetween squeezes and edging

    2016.10.03

    2 minutes side-to-side stretch
    1 minute downward stretch
    1 minute left + 1 minute right stretch

    2 minutes jelqs

    2016.10.07

    2 minutes STS stretch
    1 minute down stretch
    1min left + 1 min right

    2 minutes jelqing

    NOTE: Definitely better EQ and hang just after two workouts this week

    2016.10.12

    2 minutes STS stretch
    1.5 minutes down stretch
    1.5+1.5 left and right stretch

    4 minutes jelqing

    Forgot that I was supposed to restart PE this week. So started PEweek at wednesday ehe.

          This sort of concludes this month. Very slow beginning, really didn't remember at the start that I was supposed to do this, so there was a week missed and a lot of workouts missed. Only 8 workouts this month, with a total of
          2016.10:
          53 minutes of stretching
          27 minutes of jelqing

          Definately gonna pick up the pace next month lol

          Gonna measure on monday, probably nothing although my EQ got better. Might just measure girth
