        Listen man,

        You are either committed or you are not. Nobody said it would be easy. Give yourself a time frame, I am on this journey for the next x amount of years(some do it for life). If I gain I gain, if I do not I am comforted in the fact I did everything I could and came out with a healthier penis.

                              I just read your log...dude u can definitly get to ur first goal of 6x4.75. and you can do it quickly too man, its all upto ur dedication. in 6 months u can gain 1 inch length, and atleast .5inch girth, im 100% sure if you give it 100% BUT you do it SMART its not saying maybe even 1+ by July....thats like almost 7months away. Heres a secret, variety and consistency is a must. You gotta combine methods. Some of the starting routines are so successfull simply because they have the user do 2-3 different methods at once, like stretching + jelqing, thats two methods when good on thier own but theres a synergistic effect when add together..its like 1+1=4. Also im not trying sound like a fanboy, but if ur after girth, a bathmate will blow ur mind with the gains and its relatively cheap, like ~100$. U can look through my log, see how methods are combined, and i dont do anything fancy or crazy, infact i was just doing a manual only segment of training. However, i do use my bathmate 3-4 days a week now.
