    When I first started doing research and looking into potential ways to grow my penis beyond what I was given during puberty, I was skeptical if it was possible. The medical field seems to shut down every method besides surgery, and even that is a far reach of it being successful. Because of this, I became very frustrated at the thought that I would be stuck with my size. Although every study puts me in the average range, to a man, the perspective on his own size is always smaller than what it actually is. Knowing that I am considered average, I want to strive to be beyond average. And that is why I am on these forums taking in all the information that I can. PE is another method considered to be a waste of time by the medical field, but after going through multiple threads on this forum, I took notice to all of the practitioners revealing their success. Beings that this is a non-profit site that provides information to grow size without the purchase of any products (considering one wants to go through with it without devices), I believe that there is honesty and hope in PE.

    PE is something that I realize will take a lot of time, commitment, and patience. The average rate of growth of a penis is reported to be slower than the growth of other body parts when training is applied. Because of this, I am going to go about this with an open mind; penis growth is possible as long as I put in that same time, commitment, and patience that is required. I will be looking forward to seeing penis growth as I strive to hit my overall goal. As a bonus, I would greatly appreciate a healthier penis that is more adequate for love making. My motivation is the feedback that I will get from my future partner(s) during sex. I believe that will test out the results of my training.

    Initially, I was not going to form a progress log. I was simply going to go through with the programs and keep mental notes of my progress while jotting down my measurements. But I thought about it after reading a couple progress logs of other users and realized that this is a great way to possibly motivate other users as well as report my own journey for others to read about. I feel like this is a great community that can teach and learn. I would appreciate for any advice, tips, or motivation as I go through with my journey. Hopefully I can provide the same to others.

    I have decided to go through the JP90 program as my first step into PE. However, prior to starting the JP90 program, I ordered a bathmate and had approximately a month of usage consisting of 10 minutes; 5 minutes followed by a 2 minute break, and then another 5 minutes. I did this to get accustomed to the device. While going through a little frustration to get used to it (I still have the occasional seal breaks), I feel like it helped me prepare for the JP90 program.

    I completed my first two weeks of the JP90 program with the bathmate being used as my warm-up/warm-down method (5 minutes for each; although I started to increase the time to around 7 minutes. I do not use an actual timer. Instead, I use music as an estimate of how much time I am using the device). Overall, I found the first two weeks to be very fun and rewarding. I like the way my penis feels when I am finished. I have what feels like a refreshed feeling in my groin if that makes any sense. The hang is nice, but it doesn't last very long. : ( ...at least for now.

    These are the only two measurements that I did before starting. However, I am considering measuring a few more different ways to get a more accurate picture on my gains. I was going to measure every two weeks but decided that I would measure every month. That way, if I haven't gained anything in a two week cycle, I wouldn't be let down. Whereas, if I wait, it'll give me more time to gain in a month and if I see gains in that period, it should help with my motivation to continue.

      I haven't mentioned this in my posts yet on this thread, but for the JP90 program, I am sticking with the standard 5 days on 2 days off that was given in the original thread for the JP90 program. I decided to go with the schedule of doing my workouts monday-wednesday, taking Thursday off for a rest day, then friday-saturday, and then sunday as a rest day. However, last night, a little after my workout, I ended up watching porn. To be as honest as possible, I lost track of time during it and ended up spending 3 hours watching it. This is 3 hours of a constant erection. For the most part, I didn't touch it except for a couple strokes here and there. That was until I finished off with masturbation. Needless to say, today, my groin was a little sore as I did a couple kegals while I was driving to test out my unit before going home to do my scheduled workout. Because of the soreness, I decided that I would use today as a rest day and make up for today on thursday. I want to ask anyones opinion on if they think the schedule I given would be good. Is it alright to have 3 days, 1 off, 2 days, 1 off?

        Since I last posted on this thread, I decided to take the rest of last week off because the pain I was feeling continued and I didn't want to compromise my ability to continue with the program without delaying it for more than that one week. I'm fortunate enough to say that I was able to get back into my program at the rate that I left off. I felt great during and after the workout. I am getting into the habit of making my workouts enjoyable. I look forward to them as I focus on my final goal size. I keep that visualization in my mind so that during each moment of my workout, I remember why I am doing it in the first place. This has improved my attitude during my workouts and I don't dwell on the thought that I will be spending up to an hour in the bathroom. Needless to say, I had a successful workout today and felt great afterwards.

        On top of my program, I am looking into Edging some more. I want to incorporate this training into my program somewhere, but I am not quite sure how often I want to do it or what days I want to assign it to. I will figure this out as I read more into. Also, I am considering cutting down on watching pornography.

          So I have been away from the PE forums for a couple of days. That is why I haven't made any posts lately, including to this progress forum. I feel like I will easily miss a lot of days to post. So I will probably just post every couple of days, or when I notice or think of something worth mentioning in my progress. Although I have been away from the forums, I have continued with my scheduled routine. My workouts have been average; I go through the motions. One thing I noticed is that I sometimes seem to rush a little more during jelquing than stretching. So I put more focus on my workouts when I begin jelquing so that each jelq is around 3 seconds each. I also have been putting more emphasis on my form so that one hand is wrapped below my glands still while my other hand forms at the base to begin its motion. Before, I would often have one hand off my penis at all times during jelquing.

          My motivation levels have also been average. I continue to use the visual image of what my penis may look like when I reach my goal. This strategy seems to be fueling me. Days where I am not in the mood to do my workout, I simply put it in my mind that it will be "fun" and rewarding. One day out of the week, my warm-up was lacking and so my workout kind of suffered from it. My warm-down was also off. I am now going to make certain to make sure that everything goes smooth throughout the entire workout. That way, each session will be worthwhile.

            This post is going to be shorter than the others. I just want to post that I am continuing with my planned routine and only missed the jelquing in one day. I will make up for this at the end of my planned 90 days. This way, it will be like I haven't missed anything.

            As a note, I have been taking multi-vitamins, beet root pills, and L-arginine + L-Cirtulline. I was told that the latter two will help with blood flow.

              I have been away from PE for a couple of months now. A lot of things have happened in my life that needed enough focus to where I had to draw some of it from my PE. I decided to take a break from it entirely. But now that the new year has ringed in, and my life is on the right track, I am going to be restarting my PE journey. I am going to re-take new measurements and try a new approach with the JP-90 program as the backbone of my regimen. I am going to be going back at this with full force (with sensible judgement). It is good to be back.

                  I have eased my way back into PE. I decided to start the first week of the new year off right. And that is with some light usage of my PE devices : the bathmate and my newly acquired Phallosan Forte. I picked up the phallosan during the black friday/cyber monday sale while it was on discount. Although I had it for a couple weeks after, I decided I wouldn't use it until the new year. And so, I have decided to start off what I consider light and use this first week to assimilate my penis back to tension. As I mentioned, I am only using the devices for now, so the JP90 program will most likely begin next week for me. Monday-wednesday, I used the bathmate for one 5 minute pump after my shower. And then when I finished in the shower, I used the Phallosan for 4 hours under green tension. Beings that this is a new device for me, I am mainly focused on becoming fond on how it works. Today is my rest day. Tomorrow and saturday, I will do two 5 minute pumps with the bathmate but continue to use the phallosan for 4 hours.

                  I would like to mention that this time around, I am taking a more serious approach to PE. I am continuing to take L-arginine and beet root pills along with my fish oil and multi-vitamin supplements. I am also getting back into working out so I believe the release of growth hormone and boosts in testosterone will somehow aid in my progress of PE, even if it is subtle. I will also be focusing on a more balanced diet compared to the old junk food diet that I had in my last attempt.

                    So this week, I did as I planned and began the JP90 program. I also increased my total bathmate time to 10 minutes with 2 pumps for 5 minutes. I give around a minute or two between pumps to allow for newly oxygenated blood to circulate through my penis. Should I increase my time on this? I find it best for me to do the bathmate session prior to JP90. The last time I did PE, I didn't notice any gains after doing the JP90 for about a month. Because of this, I felt like I could increase the intensity a little without going overboard. I am still going to use my judgement and keep an eye on my PIs. As for the Phallosan, I apply this on after my bodybuilding exercises which I do after the JP90. I have increased the time I am wearing it to 5 hours from 4 hours per day.

                    As a note, I have noticed what I have heard about as being "Turkey Neck" in terms of an effect of using the bathmate. I heard it was common and has no ill effects other than its appearance. I also heard that this effect tends to stop happening after continuous use of the bathmate. For those of you who haven't heard of this, it basically looks like excess loose skin on the underside shaft of the penis, closer towards the glans. Much like the name implies, it resembles the hanging neck of a turkey.

                      It could well be you are over training. JP90 is a great conditioning routine and any gains experienced in this period should be considered a bonus only, not the norm.

                      Personally I would reconsider the Bathmate in addition to the JP90 routine.

                        I have rescheduled my routine a little differently to better suit my changing schedule. I am still using the 5 on 2 off, the only difference being in the days I have on and off. I will keep the overtraining as a possibility. I haven't noticed any morning wood in quite some time. However, I have noticed that my penis looks a little girthier, both flaccid and erect. I want to continue what I am doing to see if anything changes.

                        When taking the Phallosan off for the night, I take the belt off and then work on the bell. But I have noticed that as the bell is hanging, it gives the effects of what I would imagine hanging would do but with less weight. Even with the little bit of the weight in the bell, I like the stretch that it seems to give the penis. Because of this, I can see hanging in my future once I get to more advanced techniques. I hear a lot about its effectiveness.

                          I have been keeping up with my routine so nothing has changed there. I am slacking on taking my pills. Some days I forget to take my multi-vitamins, fish oils, beet root pills, and L-arginine. Good thing these are only supplements. However, I do want to get in the habit of always remembering to take these things. My workout today had me feeling alright afterwards. I am also getting more used to the Phallosan.

                          Next week, I am considering adding kegals and stop and go's with the flashlight STU for assistance. Before, I was doing this added routine in my regimen to give me more blood flow and added strength to my erections. I loved that rock solid feeling and it made me feel like my gain potential was increased by doing them. I didn't want to do these from the start because I felt with the JP90, bathmate, and phallosan were all too much from the very start. Two days ago, the phallosan was putting my head in a little pain, but I believe it was because I put it on poorly after I went to the restroom. The pain started at the final 6th hour so I am going to continue using it. Right now, it feels alright.

                            My workout today was probably one of the best that I have had thus far in terms of how smooth it went and how I felt afterwards. 10 minutes in the bathmate went alright. I am starting to feel pain near the end of my pumps towards the last minute of the 5 minute sets. I think this has to do with how aggressively I have been pumping within those 5 minutes. I am going to ease up on the intensity but continue the duration as is. Last night when I took my phallosan off, I liked the hang that I was getting. I don't know how long it lasted because I went to sleep right afterwards so I am only referring to the immediate flaccid hang.

                            I just set up the phallosan for today. This time, I am going to try and reach for a full 8 hours and see how it feels. I didn't tighten the belt as tight as I have been because of the pain I have gotten during the last hour that I have been wearing it. I believe this was the problem that has been causing this pain. I will be analyzing how I feel during the extended two hours that I am adding to my usage of the phallosan. If I notice any discomfort, I will stop at the regular 6 hours. I have been getting faster at applying the phallosan with less thought processing involved in the set-up. I also noticed an issue I have been having where the phallosan doesn't apply any stretch when I lay down. Sitting or standing up, it'll be in the green, but when I go to lay down, it shifts around and the stretching bar slides all the way down and shows no signs of stretching. This has been a little annoying.

                              I decided to do everything in my routine as usual except for the usage of the phallosan. During my jelqs, my glans were raw and had a slight ache (nothing excruciating that would have stopped me from jelquing). I know I said I was going to ease on the tension a little on the phallosan, but my motivation was too high and I got carried away again. This is something I'm going to need to work on. Nonetheless though, today I won't be wearing the phallosan and tomorrow is a rest day. That should put me back on Tuesday feeling great!

                              I have noticed that my drive has been declining a little. Even though I haven't measured yet, nor will I measure until I finish my first month of the JP90 program, I have been using visuals as a measurement for growth. Although I don't like to do it, it just happens during my exercises. I try to gauge my gains either in the bathmate, or the way my penis looks during my jelqs or stretches. By not seeing anything impressive, it can be quite discouraging. However, I know what I have gotten myself into with PE. I have read enough to understand that gains are subtle and take a while to notice. I am going to continue on my course with the positive thoughts that you reap what you sow. You get what you give.
