    I didn't tackle this month aggressively as I have started up from some time off. I just wanted to get my penis used to light activity before getting back into it more seriously. Next month I'll start to continue hanging with 6-1/4 lbs but do so more frequently. Maybe after the first week or two, I'll increase the weight. This is my plan at least.

    I probably won't log this normally but I did lazy ass stretches. I only did it for a couple of minutes because I'm not used to doing them. But I figured I would try them because I heard they do well for increasing flaccid hang.
