    Was skimming through your log, congrats on your gains so far. Noticed you've stayed at 7.5lbs for a long time. Sometimes down to 6.5 and then building back up.

    Is there a reason you're sticking at this weight? Do you still feel good fatigue here and you want to ride it out completely before adding weight or are you afraid of imjury ?
