          I plan on adding 1 rep to the squeeze and what I called the "turkey stretch" and 5 reps to the side-to-side each session. I'll do this for 3 months and see how it goes.

                Almost missed this whole week again. Man! Time to double down.
                New Measurements:
                BPELxEG: 6.25" x 5"

                ^ A bit shorter than before. Seems like an EQ issue. I don't feel like I'm getting much our of the Side-to-Side stretches because they just seem like a lot of volume. The Squeezes feel great though. It's only been a few weeks so it's too early to judge anything yet. Just going to try to keep up with the sessions and keep chuggin' along.

                    So, I haven't been keeping up with this, which sucks. I have a weekly reminder (among many others) to record my progress here on the forum. I haven't been doing my routine so I haven't been posting, I guess out of shame or embarrassment? It's kind of strange to think about being embarrassed to fail on an anonymous online forum, but I guess it's human nature.

                    Anyway, at times when I manage to get over myself, I know intellectually that even if I fail at the routine, posting here will only help rather than hurt my ability to get back on the horse, so here I am. I might fail again. I might stop, but I'll always come back. And one day, I'll succeed.
