    Ok, this is the first time I post here. So...

    I heard about PE last year but didnt do anything about it since I thought it might be dangerous. I started March this year since I wanted to be the best I can be. The site is well set up for giving you beginners advice.

    I started slow with 10 mins of PE (stretch and jelq) and when I saw the noobie gains the very next day. it was a shock, It was like half an inch. People here told me that it was normal, but I thought i was an exception,did bodybuilding and gained muscle faster then others so I thought the same principle will apply.

    My measurements were done every day. It was truly disheartening since I didnt see any progresion that way, also from 10 min to 20 mins the next week, I went to 1h 10 mins the third week. I had some progress in ways of EQ during sex, but loss of MW. I had no negative PIs, but also no positive ones as well.

    I did that for month and so little gains, like 0.10 inches. Over the summer I did nothing since I was absorbed with other stuff. Restarted beginning of October now I do 30 minutes (warm up before and after) 14 mind jelq 6 min stretch and 10 min edge.

    I saw some modest first month gains of 1 mm.

    Also when I restarted I started using a different ruler and I thought that I didnt gain anything from the very begining. I got 7.16 inches from the first and when I used the new one it was also 7.16. But then I compared the old one and the new one, and found that the old one loses 0.4 inches in 7.16. Basically, I gained 0.4 inches since the beginning.

    In girth, I gained 0.2 inches (5.3-5.5), the problem is that the measuring tape I use has wrinkled a bit, I tried to straighten it so I dont know if these are real gains...

    Anyway I started again and I am watching more of my PIs and I do warm ups as well as being more patient and realistic. I can achieve erections much faster and have MW the wast majority of the time. I gave up porn completely and any form of masturbation ( I have sex quite frequently so that is no issue)

    I will use the new ruller as a measuring stick so my current progress is:
    BPEL 6.76-7.16
    EG is still a mistery but i have a conservative estimate of 0.15 inches gained.

    I will slowly progress, following the PIs, and incorporate other stuff much later on.

    Just to add to the above post, I f****** love the way my dick looks. I have reverse body dismorphia, in the sense that I think my dick looks bigger than it actually is. Its veiny as hell, proportional with big glans on top. Reason why I am doing this is because I am hung up on the numbers...

    Also, my EQ is not 100% during sex so I have started edging a bit during sex. It makes pleasure better for me and my partners.

        I have done edging the second time during sex, and my partner said that she felt me a lot. My sex EQ is starting to rise as a result of me doing this twice. I am using condoms, so that might be an issue for my EQ (i dont plan on droping that habit. I will look into more wider ones.

          So since the beginning of this week I decided to add 3 min to my routine
          jelquing from 14 to 15 min, 9 min normal + 6 min V jelqs
          streaching from 6 to 8 min, all directions + helicopter swings for bloodflow
          I also do:
          10 min warm up, during which i do 5 min normal kegels
          10 edging after I stretch and jelq
          10 min warm down, during which i do 5 min RK

          From the time I restarted in October, I do MON,WED,FRI and rest other days of the week.

          My PIs are still good, I get MW the wast majority of the time and my erections and EQ are fine. EQ is getting better during sex so we shall see.

          My sex drive has been dramatically lowered since I gave up excessive masturbation (8 times a day before PE, to 5 times a week since I started in March, to 0 since restart in October) and porn, I also lost MW and EQ since Ie restarted. I get sex anytime I want, so I have it 3,4 times a week. But I once did 4 times a day. I think me giving up those habits made me "normal", but I would say average is a better term. And like I mentioned above, my EQ and MW are much better today.

          I will measure next Sunday the 13th of Nov to see whether I gained more. I am hoping for a 2 mm increase, but 1 mm would also be fine. I will see then whether to increase my routine by adding couple of more minutes to various parts of it.

          I will try too flatten the place where my measuring tape for girth got wrinkled and see what I am working with. I will measure without pressing the tape on my dick.

            OK, so today was the day of measurement. I saw a slight increase of 0.08 inches (2 mm). I only measured this gain twice, out of 30 time since its hard to be 100%...hard. I always have an issue with measuring. But the problem I think is because i dont give myself time. I measure, then stroke a bit and measure again. I got these two gain results when I measured after I waited couple of minutes. I also decided to measure my NBPEL for reference and it increse by almost 0.4 inches (0.7cm) like my BPEL. Today I also came for the first time by myself since I restarted, by accident.

            I straightened out my measuring tape and now its showing about 5.4 inches (13.7cm) so I can see that I gained 0.1 inches since the beginning.

            My PIs are good: MW every day, erections are easy and EQ is solid.

            I will now wait two months before I measure again, next time will be pn January 15th. Since tomorrow I will add 4 min to my routine, 2 to jelqing and 2 to stretching. So it will be 17 min jelq (10 min jelq, 7 min V-jelq) and 10 min stretching in all directions. After one month I will add another 4 minutes in the same way.

            So to summarize, some gains, good PIs, adding some time to my routine and measuring in 2 months.

              I will actually try something different. I think that I have taken it to easy since my PIs are really good. So I will start adding 3,4 minutes to my routing every week and I will measure on the 24th of december (after I take a week of) to see whether this created a result. If i start losing my good PIs, I will take a week of and restart with a the time that gave me good ones.

                Ok, so yesterday I started with warm up 10 min with 6 min kegel during it, 13 min stretch, 20 min jelq ( 12 min regular jelq + 8 min V jelq), 10 min edge, 10 min warm down with 6 min reverse kegel durring it.

                So that was +3 min to jelq, +3 min to stretch and +2 min to kegel. This morning I woke up twice(4 am and 8 am) and I got MW both times so this is good. My EQ is good, getting erections is also good. i stopped wearing underwear and I have a fuller dick during the day.

                3 days before this I had a bike accident, I wasnt hurt but for precaution I decided that i was gonna rest for 2 days. I lost my MW durring this time so I think that physical activity is also important for the blood flow in my dick.

                I was afraid that I might be doing to much since I dont want to repeat the mistakes of the past. I will add +3 minutes to stretching and +2 to kegels next week, that will be it till I measure in late December.

                Also I started stretching to that point where I feel it more. I used to distract myself with music while I did them, I still do, but I focus on feeling the stretch more.

                  I forgot to add the 3 min to stretching :/ Will add it tomorrow. EQ is still great, getting MW all the time, even easier to get erections and I became hornier.

                  I have noticed a patch of discoloration on the right top side of my glans, but it could be a small rash since I am not wearing underwear.

                  Also I have stated squeezing harder during Jelq, I have implemented light grip until now, now I am going towards a medium one. My EQ suffers a bit as a result of that.

                    I added the 3 minutes last couple of times. Today I accidentally came somewhat during edging. Always had a problem with it. But I realized its the same thing like there was with jelqing. I focused more on erection then on increasing my pleasure. So now I fantasize more and make it enjoyable for me. I also started slowing down while I am at peak, also found a way to make that pleasurable. I think I will be good with it as loong as I am more careful.

                    I am really anxious about measuring, I wanna do it a lot, but I will hold on for the scheduled time. I really hope I progressed, it will be discouraging if i dont move further.

                      Two days ago I masturbated and came for the first time since I restarted, that makes 2 months without it, a new personal record. I did it cause I was so horny and my fuck buddy said that she got her period, so when confronted with waiting a week without sex, I said fuck it. My EQ wasnt that good while I did it.

                      Cant wait for three weeks to pass.

                            I was so busy that I forgot to do my exercises yesterday. I had phone sex with someone and I came twice, that is the second time I masturbated since I made a change in October.

                            I just saw you guys commenting It was easy to give it up, I just change some of my other habits. But now I met someone and its hard not to do it since we have a very long distance thing. Also, I cant wait to measure again, I want to see what progress, if any, I have made.

                              Ok, so tomorrow is the last time I exercise for this month. Then its a week of rest and... measuring :/ quite anxious to see what happened in this month. Since I upped my routine, I am really hoping for 4 mm (0.15 inches) this month, but will be happy with half of that. I know that this is a marathon and everybody responds differently to exercise, I just want to do good... PIs are good, all is good, but I want to grow.

                              Also I have lost weight and my waistline has lowered, so I am looking forward to some additional NBPEL gains.

                              I can also report some progress in edging, actually it might be a breakthrough I needed. I figured out how to take it slowly, how to linger more on 7 and 8 level of the pleasure scale (10 is PONR). Also I dont cum accidentally as I did before when I started PE, better control, probably the RKs have something to do with that.

                              Debating if and when to start hanging, hmmm... I am thinking in February.
