Ive been a long time lurker, and recently have decided to join the Pegym community. I see this is a great place for people that share similar goals and this has motivated me to even start my own progress log. Im not a total noob at PE but I still have soo much to learn.
Stats:
BPEL: 6.75
EG: 5.5+
Pumped Length: 7.25
Pumped girth: 6-6.25
*as of 10/31/16, I havent measured girth yet. I've remeasured my BPEL few times.
I've done basic manual work and played around a lot with the Bathmate x30. For the past 2 months ive used it 5x/week. Ive been doing DLD girth blasters a lot lately and found the BM supersets with manual girth exercises is a great way to gain. I am experimenting with BM hardcore stretches as well.
Ill post some of the stuff ive written down for the past 2 months. I still have much much to learn so if any of you see me doing something wrong, or want to just point me in the right direction, please do so!
