    30 minutes hanging 7lbs
    5x5x2 (Pump, clamped ssj, squeezes, & erect bends)

    Been very inconsistent with P.E.
    My girth has definitely cemented 5.35+ which is just incredible when I thought I'd never gain.
    Length is fluctuating, but I've seen anywhere from 7.0 - 7.36"

    My goal once I'm in a better living situation is to start a consistent hanging & 5x5x3 routine again to really bring on those final gains I need for my goal size.

    Ultimately 8x6 would be desired, just due to the fact that gains are very much real and doable, but I still have to get to 7.5" x 5.5" before I make any jump at 8x6 goals.

    I don't mind doing 30 mins to an hour daily.
    I just hope it will give me results.

    I am very bad at consistently measuring, if anyone has any suggestions to measure things such as bpfsl as consistently accurate as possible please let me know!

    15 minutes hanging 7lbs


    wearing silicone sleeve to keep myself in an extended state (how important is doing this?)
