    400 Kegels few hours before workout

    Warm Up
    100 Kegels + heat (as always)

    A)
    Basic Stretch
    4min 30sec sets Forward
    4min Left
    4min Righ
    3min Up
    3min Down
    Total: 18min
    A2) Helicopter shakes with almost all the sets....probably about 20-25sets

    B)
    Side to Side
    100 Reps + Helicopter Shake
    100 Reps + Helicopter Shake
    *was getting tired and didnt wanna push it

    The two blisters, are almost gone....im kind scared to pump...maybe tomoro light pump day. It seemed that manual stretches were ok to do.

    *Bathmate HARDCORE Stretches ARE NOT FOR BEGINNERS.....ONLY ADVANCED PUMP USERS*
    I been using the BM for almost half a year, 4-5 times a week, I considered my self at least a Moderate user, shiiiit....these stretches are the most intense way ive used the BM period.

    • Thanks for the heads up on these. Not that I was going to start doing them today. But for future reference.. hope you're healing up just fine.

        Im not giving up on them...i can see like 0.25inch increase in pumping difference after a few workouts.....just gotta ease into them more. Luckily, I noticed the little blisters before they became full blown (another pump workout woulda for sure made em real blisters).

            Nice workout....the wound/blisters are 95% gone...reinforces the fact that we MUST take this thing called PE sloooowww.....pushing the limits every workouts -> injury; injury -> cant train. Good thing, this was a minor injury, and I can still do manual stuff. I haven't used the bathmate in almost a week. I need get back on it.

            Plan on doing 5-6weeks more with the BM x30 and than getting an XX40

            • That's cool you're just about healed up.. that's cool you're ready to step up your game into the big boy... I would feel tiny in that thing right now.. hopefully someday I'll take that same leap in the big boys toys.. great job!!

                I remember when i first got the x30....it took me few months to make gains and learning curve to keep my balls out of it....i hate it when it sucked up a testicle, and its uncomfortable/hurts and I read it can cause injury....i hope I dont face the same issue with the xx40, as it is only about 0.5 inch wider, but i guess thats enough extra room...idk..thats why im giving it another month or so before upping the pump. I do feel confident that its time to move up cylinders, maybe ill warm up and get some pump with the x30 and than put on the xx40.

                  Don't make the same mistake I did! If you even have the slightest feeling your penis isn't strong enough in terms of rest days or the intensity of an exercise, give it space I'd say. Great log though!

                        Day 1:
                        Kegel -> Manual Stretches -> Pump + Jelq/SSJ

                        Day 2:
                        Kegel -> Manual Stretches -> Pump + Jelq/SSJ

                        Day 3:
                        Kegel -> Massage -> Light Manual Stretches -> Edge 20-40min + Cum

                        Repeat

                        Essentially its 2 days on Pump + 1 day off Pump.

                        Plan on doing 6-8week cycle of this which will lead into buying an Extreme X40

                        • Dude, you're a beast... I'm sticking with my very basic light routine atleast until April. It's such a beginner routine, yet, o really need it. I can already feel the difference and the conditioning I'm getting. I don't dare change it. Everything is positive. However, when I do switch it up and start more advanced stuff, with pump and stuff, I'm gonna ask that you follow my log. I know we're all different, I get that. What works for you might not work for me. That being said, you got that bathmate dialed in!!! Good luck with your routine.

                                This is exactly why when I start my new routine, I asked you check my log every now and again just to let me know if something don't look right with what I'm doing.
