                    Kegels: 10 sets x 15 quick squeeezs; Also in BM and in manual stretches, 10 sets of 5 RK

                    Ima gonna track Kegels just as closely as pumping and stretching.

                        DLD is a superset with bathmate pump + manual girth exercise (horse squeeze, or any advanced girth manual)

                        5min Pump + 5min manul = 1 set. Its recomended 3-4-5sets. But take it easy at first. I did 3 sets for 8weeks, and than 4. I been using supersets like this for almost 4months now and I do 3-5 maximum sets. I dont get any red spots, if u get them that means your doing too much. Eventually youll build up and never even get the red spots after pumping.

                              This was about 12hrs after last nights Length session...feel good...i felt extra expansion towards the front of my penis.

                              Kegels I do 10 sets of 15x1sec
                              Reverse Kegels 10 sets of 5x3sec

                              I feel good on this sunday. A lot of stuff coming in the following week and months.
