        AM: 5sets PUMP, 5,6,7,8,9min + 2min, the last set of 9min I purposely had low erection and had a lot of air in the BM to test out a "cool down pump set"

          All using warm-hot water total time: 50min
          15min Basic Stretches without Kegels --> 5min Pump 2min off, 6min Pump 2min off, 10min pump, 5min cooldown

          Great workout

          Basic stretches -> Pumping.....great expansion and not too long of workout, def not as intense as other 50min.

                Tried basic stretches, but was tired and horny. Chick at work was flirting with me too much today haha, bending over and messing wit me.
                Edge 30min + came first time in like 4days.

                I have lowered porn consumption, and not jerking off and cumming everyday for weeks now. I might play wit it a little but i dont cum often on purpose. I feel that this effects PE in a positive way.

                  Tried something new..

                  8AM:Edge 20min -> Pump 6min + 2min off, 8min pump + 2min off, 9min pump +2off, 5min pump +2off -> 5min Cooldown set at 14mm (I pump at 180+mm....the BM only goes upto 180mm)

                  12AM: Kegels 10sets x 10 3sec

                  6pm: Reverse Kegal 30sets of 5sets completed in 6minutes.

                  I really want to get better at Kegals but also focus a lot more on Reverse. I want my EQ to continue improving.

                    Edged twice for 1 hour each time. I was the biggest Ive ever seen, I didnt measure but dam...the pump i had was insane and I hadnt used the bathmate in 24+ hours.

                    RK are really having an effect on me big time, in a positive way. Easier stronger longer errection.

                      Great pump, not much lymph at all. C-ring after pump for like 2 hours, i take it off for a min or two every like 20min. For past week or so I do 30second manual basic pull stretches forward, during day/night whenever Im in the bathroom.

                        Pump sets
                        5min on + 2min off
                        6min on + 2min off
                        7min on + 2min off
                        11min on + 2min off

                        C-ring after. Basic flaccid stretches during day. Good stuff all around. Been kinda slacking on my kegals and reverse for two days.

                          Do you have any bruising or discoloration after your pumping? If not, did you have bruising when you first started pumping?

                            Hey getinbig.....at first I got red dots, but I would back off the pressure for the next few workouts. I learned not to use full pressure for the whole time and to gradually warm up. Similiar to lifting, even if u can deadlift 500lbs, u start with 100-200-300lb warmups. I do get discoloration, its not bad, just darker penis, doesnt bother me and I kind of like it darker lol

                              Kind of Recovery Day

                              5min Warmup

                              Basic Stretches:
                              30sec pulls down/front/left/right/up, i did 25sets total of 30secs + 10 Reverse Kegels

                              Followed by Pumping
                              Pumping Sets:
                              5min + 2min Jelqs
                              6min + 2min Jelqs
                              7min + 2min Jelqs
                              8min + 2min Jelqs

                              Great workout. Sometimes I would do basic pulls + kegels during the set...lately I cam up with doing basic pulls + Reverse Kegels after the set...I like both ways, I tend to get more turtling from doing kegals while stretching.
