    10min Warm up in warm water
    5min + 2min jelqs slow
    7min + 2min jelqs slow
    9min + 2min jelqs slow
    *Kegals during the workout
    *Hardcore BM Stretches 6 x 30-45sec straight out + up with kegals

    Noticed lympth building a little and stopped. C-ring after for like two hours. 30sec stretches on flaccid thru the day.

      Basic Stretch
      Up 5sets x 30sec + 5 x 45sec
      Right 5 x 30s
      Left 5 x 30s
      Down 5 x 30s
      Down Left 3 x 30s
      Down Right 3 x 30s

      Cooldown: forward 5 sets x 30-45sec and few jelqs

      *Reverse Kegels sets of 5 after every set

      Total: 28min of time under tension

      Great workout. I have a heater between my legs while I stretch. My cooldown is done away from my radiator. I keep on going with doing Reverse Kegels after stretching sets. Also, since i dont have an extender ill be continuing basic stretches throughout the day adding atleast another 10+- sets a day.

          ~25 sets, varies directions...up/down/left/right.

          Edged for 15min, did not come.

          30sec pulls in the bathroom whenever I go
          Mostly doing up, forward and down stretches. I need focus more on sides.
          Been slacking on my Kegels, but been doing more Reverse Kegels.

                    Hey Beefster, are you doing any side to side stretches? I'm doing this pretty aggressively for 2 minutes each morning and now 2 minutes each afternoon...

                      Hey man...Ive done them a little bit, not too much tbh. Actually lately past few workouts I do a little left to right like 100 reps. I need do more of them and more side stretches. Generally ive been trying to focus more and more on side ligament to get those lig gains.

                              That's why I'm doing these side to side stretches...aiming at the ligaments. I think what I'm doing is working...

                                Your side ligaments must be getting nice and stretchy, especially with the phallosan. That is doing side stretches all day almost haha. Im definitly trying to max out my ligament gains, i heard thats where gains come the easiest. I been getting gains for months now but just wanna think that im almost fully done with gains from the ligaments so i can focus more on tunica expansion which is harder imo.
